The person here is Mritunjay and he has severe issue with his health and cancelled my order here and rejected it by saying that he does not have momos but when I ordered on swiggy it was available.he was too rude and was abusive I am a regular customer of wow momos and this kind of behaviour is worse.

Visited Wow Momo foods pvt ltd , Mumbai airport on 28th oct2021 and ordered veggie rice in hot garlic sauce and 7 up.( bill no. MUM05710-1-0006491, customer no. 7894561232). Paid for the same through my credit card. My bank statement showed money deducted but the lady at the counter Ms. Kamla Reddy stated that they did not get the money in their account. So I paid cash again on the understanding that if the money comes to their account then they will refund through phonepay. Ms. Kamla gave her number also on the bill. But from next day onwards she is not picking up the phone nor my money has been refunded. Request to check on this matter please.

This is Arup pal from Kolkata, yesterday evening(24-05-22) the time was around 7:30 pm. I visited wow momo at rajarhat city center2 outlet and ordered some food from there and after payment, they provided me a bill.
after waiting around 15 to 20 minutes they ask me to provide the bill and denied delivering the food because they were not able to check the transaction id in their respective system, also they ask me to provide 300 rs in cash again and also claimed if I didn’t get the money back on my account they will return the money.
The order value was 300 rs which I paid through google pay, I have all the transaction IDs which I got my no like SMS and google pay transactions details, and also I have the video footage.
This is the kind of harassment which I faced yesterday, I want my money back.
