Damage product delivered to me on 02 June 2021 , already I have mentioned my query regarding refund and as per ur given time period I.e. 14 June 2021, no refund received by me neither any help assisted by shopclues helpline no. Honestly I m having very worse experience of doing online shopping with shopclues……..I would suggest my relatives, friends also neighbors not shop any product having any label or stamp of shopclues because this company needs to be advanced as per current time…….the technology or help desk for the customer which use by shopclues , has to be developed……. there should be at least any one option through which customers can solve there query directly with executive or supplier.
I submit my complaint as under:
That on 09.05.2021 I received phone call from SNAPDEAL online merchandiser customer help line no. 9832792593, asking me help in releasing refund amount of Rs. 129/- for goods returned by me. I stated that yesterday matter was finalized with your executive who assured to refund within a week’s time. He stated that due to covid guidelines of refund have changed and now refund will be given directly in your account. He asked to download three apps from play store viz: Snapdeal App; Team Viewer Quick support and Add on.
He requested to log in net banking. I objected but he stated that I Am not asking id or password . pl. Check status of refund. I could not find refund. He asked for message of refund ,which I could not get. He insisted continuously to hold on line so that you get refund and inform him status.
While this was happening at 12.47p.m. on 09.05.2021 , I got message on my mob. No. 9468194179 registered in my account that
OTP for your UPI of Rs. 1,00,000.00 through YONO Lite SBI is18138070.Do not share this with anyone.
Again I got message

I started receiving such messages repeatedly.
Suspicious of Phishing txn . I raised issue with SBI customer care helpline 1800 112211 at 1.00 p.m.( and it took 32m 27s) to register complaint immediately for cancelling of Internetbanking, YONO and blocking of cards.
To my surprise ,while I was registering complaint, nine txn of Rs.25000/,25000/-,24250/-,24250/-,24000/-24250/-,24250/-24250/-24250/ totaling RS. 2,19,500/-was debited in my account.
These txn happened from 1.13 p.m. to 1.21 p.m.
I informed this on 9.5.2021on Snapdeal help desk, reply recd .was working on your request ,reference ID 71915254
On 10.05.2021 we again contacted at no.9832792593 ,Mr.Jyoti Parshad attended call and he admitted that one of their staff named Jatin Goswami has done fraud and they will refund in two instalments one at 3.20 p.m. for rs. 144000/-and balance after half an hour.
But nothing happened.
He specifically requested to not to report to police ,we will refund .I have recorded all calls and attach it.
As we did not receive back our defrauded amount we lodged complaint with cyber cell crime polis hissar.
sir, some one of your staff is a black sheep who has tied up with fraudulent persons and inform sensitive information of needy customers waiting for refund and in the guise of help person defraud them by misguiding in downloading apps like quick support ,team viewing and addon from play store and allure them to log in their bank internet account and then they hack mobile screens and do all types of transactions

On True Caller when i searched Mobile Number -9191926294, it only displays ” PRIZE DEPARTMENT”, If it is from SANPDEAL, than It displays in True Caller. I found 120% Spam complaint against this number.
