6006099722 is my Jio postpaid mobile number from Jammu and Kashmir which is also one of the state of India.
In your system and website it always shows that this number is not a jio number due to which I always face trouble in properly use of your services specially for making payment of bill or recharging.
I asked my friend to recharge and pay for my bill as was in Singapore for few months but he was unable to make payment as it was showing to him on system that this 6006099722 number is not a jio number, when I came back India service to my Jio number was deactivated. I visited Jio office in my town but they ask me to contact customer care . I had raised my complain in customer care but both place they answered me that in our system it’s showing that your number is not a jio number so we can’t help much and till now nothing had been done and services to my number is still deactivated due to which I am facing so much trouble as that number was link with my banks and payments. I am not in Jammu and Kashmir right now. I didn’t expected this kind of service and negative behaviour from Jio specially during this Corona pandemic.
I request you to please activate my services to my Jio number 6006099722. so that I can use my necessary banking services and payment. Hope I don’t have to travel Jammu and Kashmir to reactivate my services in this Corona crisis.

Hi this is for the information that I am an end user of your jio fibre connection I am having a jio fibre connection with landline number 017235 63800. On 26th of November 2020 at 9:23 p.m. I have lodged the complaint wide request ID SR 0000131PFM as my landline is not working. I had received a call from jio company infocom Ltd. Branch Sarita vihar New Delhi reference jai and mahi ( mob no of the person 7056694846 ) and they fix my interview in building w-6,3rd floor , office no -27 shadipur metro station gate no 4 . It is with deep regret to inform you of the poor and arrogant approach of your Jio Team at Payyanur, Office (kannur dist kerala). We are Lakshmys supermarket based in Punchakkad, payyanur had requested the recharge facilities but they were not showing any interest to arrange the facilities the reason is 6 months back they visited our shop that time I did not show any interest as we have poor network range and limited customers around however, I have secured a Jio SIM card as required for the facilities (Jio No: 9804739804 ). For the last three months I was trying to arrange the facilities but they were very negative and not showing any interest in arranging the facilities.
Today I visited their office and met their manager Mr.Praveen and he directed to an executive Sudeesh by name. He asked me to wait and after10 minutes he came but his approach was very disgusting and told me that 6 months back I came to your shop but you had wasted my time now you need our help and we have no time to spare with you now and will contact you later. It seems he is purposely doing this. I know JIO management will not tolerate such issues as this kind of arrogant approach may deteriorate the reputation of the firm.
If JIO is not ready providing facilities i have no issues and very happy to provide the services of other network but I want to inform you the attitude of your staff as I know JIO will not tolerate.

I am using Jio Fiber no. 1179679474, which has been giving a lot of problems. My internet stops working suddenly and it takes a minimum of four days to get it up and working. I would like to highlight that there is no escalation process and the timeframe for complaint resolution is very high and unacceptable. In the past couple of months I have already lost approximately two weeks of internet usage.
I would also like to highlight that I tried getting in touch with your senior support staff but never got any response from them. (Mr. Rahul Kakran – 9625313564 and Mr. Rajesh Vats 9354932817). It takes around two days to establish any contact with them and further two days for a resolution.
I have unfortunately renewed my plan for six months which is expiring in September 2021. Is there any way I can cancel and surrender my account and get the refund for the unused period along with my security deposit? My Current complaint No. is SR0000158Q3M dated 7 June, 2021
