DD for the ICICI has been handed over to me on Mar 20th and the same has been handed over by me to the ICICI Bank on 20Th of May but after that due to COVID LOCKDOWN from 20th May they have not deposited and hold it till _________________ 2020.
In this period from 1st Mar 2020 to ____________ 2020, I was cornered to pay interest for these periods both in ICICI Bank and for your RBL bank DOD account. With no other option I paid my dues along with penalty and cleared in ICICI bank and released the document.

First of all, you have diminish my credit limit in this covid-19 and there after I got an email or msg by stating that you will be charged interest amount for next billing date. RBL deducted my amount before date of billing. For the very next step, you have charged me over limit fee, late fee etc.
I requested to resolve this case as I will consume my reward points against these all fees and all but you never done that, Hopefully I wont be able to repay this amount anymore, neither I will be responsible for extra unwanted charges. I am agree to pay genuine amount which is absolutely correct as per norms.

RBL Bank offeres pathetic services. They charges you unnecessarily and will not give you the reason behind it. you have to pay the unknown amount. Never use RBL Bank Credit card. And they don’t even care. Their employees are so disgusting, they do not know how to talk to their customer. They misbehaves you and will ask to pay your bill even you are a date late. And when you go to them and ask you to close your Credit card permanently they will charge you unnecessarily if you don’t pay they will not give you your NOC for the same.
So, Please be aware and think before using RBL BANK customer services.
