I agree with tofik. for seller point of view very bad support . my about 10000 rs item are lost by Meesho and some item are deliverd to customer and customer also paid money but anyhow Meesho (or Delivery_partner of Meesho) shifted that order in RTO and I got return empty packet with photocopy of customer address slip. Order number 32796742043-1-jmz order placed on 23rd October at 4:14pm which was supposed to be delivered on 31st Oct.
It was a paid order of ₹320 which is showing delivered but I never received any delivery on that order.

I have already complained regarding the problem on 31st October but no actions were taken so I again complained on 2nd November
I have booked an order Number 753995529. Customer received two packets against this order, one packet on 7th Feb 2021 (with different order number and different item and one packet on 9th Feb 2021 same order number and different item. Customer paid Rs. 3000 (1500 on 7th Feb 2021 and Rs. 1500 on 9th Feb 2021).
On 8th Feb 2021 I sent mail and attached all pictures, invoice copy etc. which customer received with different order number and different item and already discussed with customer care, they assured me within 4-5 days same will be informed what will do and how refund to will process, still same is pending since 8th Feb against ticket ID :7344917.
The product received on 9th Feb 2021 with same order and different item, which I have return initiated though app. Same picked from customer and refunded Rs. 1500 (997+503) received.
I have regular follow up through mail and call, a mail received from meesho on 13th Feb 2021 mentioning that same will be resolved within 4-5 days.
On 20th I received a mail mentioning that your refund settled.
Customer paid Rs. 3000 against this order and refunded of Rs. 1500 what about rest Rs. 1500

I have been repeatedly raising complaints from 15th Feb but still the status is not yet updated. I received empty garbages box on 17.07.2021.Around Time 11: 00 AM.insert the box don’t have items same informed to meesho customer care no.
Executive said will raise complaint about empty garbages box.but that fellow not raise My complaint and spoke to so many times meesho customer executive guy’s no one raise My complaint about product.

I ordered a product from meesho 12/08/2021. It was my first order from meesho. The order delivery date was 27/08/2021.But the product reached my nearest hub 14/08/2021, the showing hub place is just a walkable distance from my place. After 14 days the product is still not delivered. I checked hub address & conduct no. on google, but there is no record of it. I also talked with on of your customer representative, but they also don’t know anything about it. I think its a very bad service from your side. Atleast you should provide hub address, so that i can go there and collect it.
15 days for a product delivery is very bad for me, maybe bad for all customers so please improve your delivery time. I known its a new online shopping platform,so please take care.

I ordered for a saree which was however delivered on 08/09/2021 but the colour of the border was different from the ad. I called the office and an executive told me to book for the exchange so that the amount would be refunded. I went trough the “order section” and filled the details so many times that after clicking the photo to upload the screen was returning to the original screen where the “EXCHANGE” or “REFUND” options were available. When I enquired today with phone no.080-68878782 I was told that my return request has not been booked. They told me to go to help section where I could not get any help to return the saree. I do not know as to how I could return the saree.Can you guide me.

Missho support team डिलीवरी ब्वॉय की तरफ से जो हमको मैसेज दिया जाता है उससे हम असंतुष्ट हैं क्योंकि हमने रिटर्न रिटर्न पार्सल का कंप्लेंट दिया हुआ है उसके बाद भी वह ऐसे मैसेज कर रहा है जब हम डिलीवरी ब्वॉय को कॉल लगाते हैं रिंग होने के बाद भी वह नहीं उठाता और कभी कबार रिंग जाने के बाद बार-बार कट कर देता है कॉल को.
जो डिलीवरी ब्वॉय मेरा पार्सल देकर गया था वही डिलीवरी ब्वॉय का मेरा रिटर्न का पार्सल लेने के लिए आने वाला है जो मुझे मैसेज देखकर ऐसा बोल रहा है यदि मुझे पार्सल रिटर्न ही नहीं करना था तो मैं कैंसिल क्यों करूंगा और मैं अपना पार्सल लेट क्यों कराना चाहूंगा जो रिटर्न का है.

There is a lot of fraud on Meesho. Not sure its by courier company, by meesho or by customers. If a seller ships items worth 3000 in return he gets a trash worth 10 rs as return. Meesho has already collected money from customer so it should pay the seller but they will not pay and just repeat this message-

I have seller account I got an order. I packed and downloaded the label but no one came to pick up the parcel. I erased the ticket too but no one called me. They say that your number is not available. While I get all the training calls and my personal calls too. so you solve my problem and contact me My registered number is 8115916877
I odered 2 pcs of elephant stool 3 months before. One came broken and I put on exchange of 1 pcs but no one came to pick till 1 month. After doing so many compliments and mails they picked the parcel after 40 days and after 10 days of picking, the dealer return the same pcs of broken one. Again I complained and mails I msg them to return it back but till 2 months no body come to pick the parcel. Without picking i will not get my refund back. Now after so many mails and complaints the courier boy of Shadow fax came and collected the parcel and update on Meesho site. Even he gave me the pick up acknowledgement slip. But now it’s 12 days up Meesho is refusing that the parcel picked. Even by tracking the ID which was written on acknowledgement slip the parcel is in transit and I send all the pdf, screenshots, mails, courier boy pick up photo which I clicked of giving the parcel handover but Meesho is not listening and refund my money.
