    I am Atul Karki, I booked WagonR LXI (O) on29th July from AKanksha Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., Rudrapur, Udhamsingh Nagar, Uttarakhand.

    I want a vehicle on 3rd August on Rakshabandhan Day. Sales Person Told that it was not possible, he could deliver on 5th to 6TH August. When I called on 6th August then he told me that Sir, the vehicle did not receive till date we are trying. You will get it soon. You submit the down payment so that we can process the invoice immediately and loan amount from SBI bank can be processed in time.

    I have paid down payment of Rs. 1,00,000/- including advance payment of Rs. 2,000/- on 9th August. I arranged this advanced payment from selling out my old vehicle which I used for daily going to duty. I think I will get a vehicle after two days.

    I told the salesperson, kindly delivered the vehicle to Krishna Janmashtmi. But the person is telling, the vehicle did not dispatch from the plant. It will take time.

    They are giving me reason because of the festival and lock down, vehicles are delayed.

    Request to you, kindly deliver the vehicle tomorrow or refund the bank payment to SBI bank which was credited to dealer account on 10th August of Rs. 5,00,0000/- and refund my advance payment.

    GRIEVANCES CUM COMPLAINT LETTER

    Dear Sir,

    This is the second mail to you on my complaint regarding the quality of the brand new Vacuum Pump from your authorised distributor of Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts in Jodhpur, Friends Trading Corporation, which I purchased in February to replace the one which had failed my car (Maruti Dzire VDI model) on the road suddenly way back in February, 2020. Luckily there was no accident that time.

    I regret to say that even this Vacuum Pump was found defective when the car’s brake pedal/lever got jammed again on June 2, and could not be pushed down. The mechanic advised me to get the affected Vacuum Pump replaced again because that was causing the problem. I took the Vacuum Pump to your above mentioned parts dealer, who refused to entertain my request and did not replace it even though it was bought only a few months before from him against the cash receipt.

    The fact that neither your authorised parts distributor does not entertain the complaint of a loyal customer nor does the company bother to respond to the complaints through my previous email, reflects poorly on your company’s claims of customer satisfaction.

    May I request you to kindly look into this personally and give suitable instructions to your distributor to replace the defective part which is causing this recurrent problem. I am also told that this is very unusual that the vacuum pump and jammed brake pedal would create this kind of problem so frequently in a Maruti Dzire.

    Looking forward to hearing from you. I am a retired senior citizen and cannot take the risk of driving the car with a jammed brake pedal and a defective vacuum pump. ”

        • 1. On 04/07/2022 I had tyre wear problem and my car has this time 16573 kms run. When I showed the car at Kudale Service hadapsar pune they told me to keep 2000 kms for observation.

          2. After 18600 kms when I took the car and went to the service center I had a consultant named Ahmed Sheikh I told him all the above problem then he checked the wheel alignment the report was normal again he checked the wheel alignment at the Nexa service center near him to check the cross it was a Sudha report It becomes normal

          3. The consultant said that the tire engineer will come tomorrow, you should come tomorrow and see, then the engineer came and checked the tire. There is no problem in tyre, I will give you such a report then I spoke to the manager, he said if there is no problem in the report then what can I do ?

          4. Then after some time I got pankaj tomar sir’s number I told him all the above things imtiaz khan changed the hub but till today the car mileage is more than 25000 kms i have driven 10000 kms my car claim tire problem not sol If not please help me

I wanted to get the Zeta model but due to not being available in CSD I have to booked the Baleno Delta but I want modifications or development in delta model by changing items that provided in Zeta model like Alloy Wheal Fog lamp Arm Rest Music System etc for that I am ready to pay whatever difference amount of ex showroom price of Baleno Delta and Baleno Zeta .

    As discussed Jhunjhunu show room with Mr Pradeep ji accessory Manager and sells Manager Abhishek ji are refusing to do so and is asking to buy the accessories separately and put them in the car which is worth more than about one lakh rupees After doing that the Baleno Delta is more expensive than the Baleno Zeta and not all the features comes that are available in the Baleno

  8. I have brought WagonR 1.2L VXI (O) on September 2019. While purchasing the car I also bought FasTag from DD Motors, Dehradun. But they have registered the card under some other phone number and not helping me to sort this out. I even brought it to the staff member’s attention at the DD Motors, Dehradun but no one seems to be interested to help me resolve this issue as they sold the vehicle and earned the incentive/profit. I have personally recommended 3 customers who also bought their car from DD Motors but now I am very disappointed with the services of DD Motors, Dehradun.

    This is just to bring into your notice that my vehicles life side mirror which was not set proper it was coming out and Bluetooth and FM connections and Voice connectivity whilst phone get connected was not working accurate and the left side door auto door button is not working.
    I have send my vehicle for the routine service and check up, in which as recommended I have changed some parts of my vehicles and it came back to my place.

    My intention why I am writing it to you people is just to bring into your notice that I have contacted back as some of the connections were not working in my vehicle and accordingly the left side glass (ear of my vehicle )need to be fixed and the auto button of the left side door.
    I visited to your service center yesterday in order to get this issue sorted however whilst sorting this out the Nip (small ball behind the side mirror on which it was settled) it was broken from your technician in front of me, he has applied the fevi quick on it and fixed the mirror in the ear; but I am still not satisfied that it will work for long time as the Nip is broken and it was fixed on the basis of fevi quick.

    Though your service is good and I do not have any issues on it however no one has mentioned this thing in writing anywhere about this issue, so I request to you please take a note of that.

    I also wrote an email to you before but didn’t get the reply, however this time when your insurance agent walk in (In order to take the payment of insurance). He told that this time once you send the vehicle for service let me know we will do the needful for you.

    Again the same think the service advisor from your end is stating that you can claim the insurance for the same.

    I don’t understand how come I need to go for the insurance..?

    On date 17 March, I have visited your Dealship showroom Fairdeals situated at Dilshad Garden,New Delhi.

    I had a conversation with the Salesman Vikas Rajput regarding the booking of Ertiga M tour On that They have not given me any proof/ documents( Payement Receipt) regarding the payment which I have done.
    The person given me the commitment for the delivery of my vehicle on 20 March 2020.

    On committed date, I have not got any confirmation regarding the status of my Vehicle’s delivery.

    On 22 March, lockdown being declared by Indian Government and everything got closed but after few weeks approximately on 21-22 April authorities resumed their work as I have renewed my family members license.

    I had tried to contact showroom support multiple times but I have not got any proper response. They keeps on stretching my delivery date.

    So,it’s been almost 6 months and I have not got any response neither the registeration been done for my vehicle nor they are refunding my money. So, I request you to seize the procedure for the aregistration of my vehicle and refund my money or I need interest for all those 6 months for which they holded my money.

    I am really very upset with the services they provide. All of that, I am feeling that I am being mentally tortured as I have not got any support.

    I hope you can understand due to covid-19 all the businesses being get shut-down and it’s a totally down fall of any business.

Sir on 11 March my car met with an accident so I give my car to Gulzar motors for the work and the work of my car is full front and left side rear door only. but the agency do full repaint of my car without my knowledge.And they also delayed the delivery of my car approx 1month and 6 days. after the delay the work of paint on my car is not proper. Sir Today I come to the agency vice president and they said we have again repaint my whole  car and he also said to me we don’t know that u can do work from the outer workshop.Sir I want to know that if the car owner have a Depp cap insurance of the car then why we do a work from the outer workshop.Sir I have a proper company work records. But I don’t want to take the delivery of my car. So I request to replace my car otherwise I do a legal proceedings against the agency.   15. after an accident we leave our maruti omni ambulance for repairing at sparsh automobile pachpedi naka raipur cg on 11/08/20, now its about 2 months, but our ambulance is untouched, we have only one ambulance so facing problem in shifting the patients. We rented an ambulance rs 3000/- per day, After disappointment from ur site we decided to bring our ambulance to other garage, but ur persons are demanding rs 200/- per day for parking charge and misbehaving. Ambulance is in insurance under icici lumbard, but they are also not doing any thing. Who will pay our 3000/- per day ambulance charge and for our mental trauma.

  18. I am Deep Brother of Kapil from jammu . I have purchased a car S Presso from Gulzar motor Ludhiana . I were face many problems on delivery time . We are selected a car . And pay all the payments before delivery( down payment and loan amount). We are pay downpayment on 16 oct and loan amount on 17 oct . 17 oct was a special day for us . We had requested that, we need delivery on 17 October but Gulzar motor team give many excuses and make us fool and spoil our day and occasion . They delivery the car next 18 October afternoon 3.30 pm. They call me before delivery and ask for tip RS 500 . We agreed because 500 not a big deal . But when check the car that time we realize we make a big mistake. Car was very dusty and look not showroom condition. There was not foot mart . Not even paper mart .     I purchase this Car on 19 th Feb 2020 I met with an Accident on 27/07/2020 in which front part of my vehicle got damaged. Then on 28/08/2020 I claimed insurance of my vehicle handover it to the Automotive Service Centre Nagpur form where I got my vehicle return after repair on 14 Aug 2020. I did 2nd service of my vehicle last week from Arun Maruti Suzuki Service Centre Nagpur because I had a work in Mumbai on 5 th of oct 2020. I drive my Car form Nagpur to Mumbai along with my family including 02 Children.On the return of my Journey I met with a unpredictable incident in the midnight at 01.00 am on 7th Oct 2020 before around 25 Km. away from Yavatmal the engine of my Car was broken and came down. Which result in to stopping of Car in middle of forest . I push the vehicle around 2 km. Then i reached to the near Village called Ladkhed. I was so helpless because it was middle of the night and a very strenge place for me. My borther in law called to his known person from Yavatmal and after around 2 hours they came to pick us till that time I was stuck there with my family. I park my vehicle in Ladkhed Police Station. At 11.00 am on 7 th Oct 2020 i went to Himalaya Maruti Suzuki Dealership Workshop Yavatmal. Where I got dissatisfactory treatment they don’t even provide me vehicle for carrying my car to the service centre . So i did it myself by toe it to my brother in laws car . Which took my whole day and I got harassed mentally as well as physically .

    The incident happened with me on the midnight of 7th Oct 2020 on Darwha Road was not due to my fault. But still I suffered it a lot along wtih my family. I deposit my Car In Himalaya Maruti Suzuki Dealership workshop Yavatmal and expect a quick resolution of my complaint from maruti Suzuki to my Satisfaction.

  23. I am happy to share the experience of service at comet motors pandesara branch surat gujarat. I bought dzire in feb 2020 and requested for second service at above branch. 1 week After service, as the requested problem not solved so they asked me to come at service centre for joint trial and discussion about problem solution. Now they are doing their job of required problems solution.

    I am writing this because at the time of purchase they asked me to sit in air conditioned area offered tea coffee Now as i bought the car they do not need of us and I need of them for servicing and other problems

    My service representative took car in to service are and told me to sit outside. Where there is no proper sitting arrangement, no fan no service of water tea coffee

    I am writing this by standing outside the showroom and service are in this hot atmosphere and i am literally got wet by sweating

    Thank you maruti suzuki for such a wonderful service I will definitely tell to others about my experience

  26. Kindly, this is to inform you that my vehicle has got a compliant against the warranty of battery. The car battery was down when it kept for three days idle.
    I inform that to the dealer where i had bought it. Now also my car is not get it back.. When i call the dealers they told me that the battery is not get by the shop after warranty process. Now a month is gone, till this moment they are not able to set the well new battery. How shame is this to inform. this is not only the problems of a dealer, but also the battery company.
    The car is taken from AM MOTORS MALAPURAM, sub agent or dealer shop in ottapalam.
    Now also they were telling that it take some more days to repair the battery.

The Ocean Motors service center staff does not know how and why it has happened. Now they are waiting for the team from the Maruti factory to come and investigate the fault. It is an obvious manufacturing fault.

  32. I am purchased Vitara Brezza (Reg no KL-47-G -1881)during Feb 2017. During September 2018 I had to change the parts related to steering box and tyre because of an accident from BRD motors karupadanna thrissur kerala . Few kilometers after this repair the car got making some kind of sound from the left side wheel. On contacting the service centre, they informed me that some issue is there with the steering box and they made some alterations on the already steering box. From this it is clear that the steering box had some manufacturing defect.
    Now the car has been taken for service at Indus motors Chalakudy kerala thrissur Dt After the service, Indus motors informed me that the steering box is having some mistakes and need to be replaced with new one. Initially they told that the steering box under warranty can be replaced since it had some manufacturing defect , but now they are telling that I need to pay for the steering box.
    So I humbly request Maruti to look into the matter and make arrangements to change the defective steering box with a new one under warranty

    I am a very old Maruti customer.I purchased new the car expresso vxi top model from your punjab dealer in kharar mohali CM Auto last month date 8.11.2019.It has been 1 month and 13 days to purchase my car but my high security number plate has not arrived yet.The process for the security number plate is a maximum of 15 days, but your dealer has not yet provided any correct updates.I think they have not yet applied my high security number.Due to this problem, I wrote a complaint on your customer care number first, then I also mailed it on your company’s mail ID.Today it has been 4 days, no one has called my Complaint nor has any response received from me on their behalf.And you see my trail mail daily on this complaint, it is Mr Rahul who is the Territory Manager maruti company, daily he also has only one reply same from our company that we will always answer that we are working but do not know how long we will give it. It has been 4 days since I have not been solved .You are also aware that there is an challan from the government if the high security number plate is not installed in car.I am asking for high security number application receipt of my car from your dealer, he is not even showing when he applied. See how much your dealer and company educators do not give any solution to the customer on time.This will have a very bad effect on your company brand.Today I am writing a mail that I have not yet found any solution from your company.After applying the high security number, it is not known how many months it will take to deliver the my RC your dealer.
    Some of my relatives, who are dealers of maruti in your other city, have purchased the car, their car’s high security number arrived in a week.
    I hope that you will give me the solution of my complaint as soon as possible.

    Myself MANISH BAJPAI, i had taken Baleno Alpha from local dealer name Bright4W, alambagh lucknow. i had purchased my vehicle on 12th Nov20 and got related invoice and insurance. basis that i purchased fancy no UP32LQ4466 from RTO Portal in Rs 15000 and submitted that no to my dealer for Registration purpose and was into regular follow up for the same. every time he informed that same is pending from RTO office and will be issue shortly. finally on 02 dec20 i received registration SMS from RTO with different registration no UP32 LQ 9827 then immediately i called my RM to know the reason then he said he is not aware and will come back .later he informed that they had sent correct details and docs into RTO but due to their mistake same has been done and will try to rectify it.
    later i personally visited to RTO office then came to know that same was done only because of wrong Sale date mentioned on Sale Invoice(12 Oct’20 in place of 12 Nov’20) from Dealers end and later they accepted and paid the penalty too, so its better that you talk with your dealer if they take this on serious note in beginning at the time of penalty then can be rectified but now when they accepted and deposited penalty then we cant do anything. In between this , my vehicle has also met with an accident and m not able to get claim due to unavailability of Registration number. This is happening since i had taken the vehicle due to last 2 months m into mental tension but without any solution. i tried to connect with Maruti team along with Dealer but yet no satisfactory response till date even Maruti RM is not even responding on my calls, dont know what services u r providing to your clients but it clearly shows that even after huge payment client is taking mental tension free from Maruti and later no one is here to respond, which is showing your response to your clients.
    Sharing you reported incident which i faced in last 2 months at dealership but still you people are supporting your dealer in his unprofessional act which is very disappointing .
    Even after discussion on vehicle and colour, i had deposited advance in dealership for finalizing the vehicle but even after 2 days got to know that your colour is not available so we cant provide you same colour Mgma grey . so please take your advance back dont know why they booked the vehicle.
    Later they provided me same colour on condition to deposit full payment before vehicle purchase immediately. which i did is this is the policy.
    i had done all the things completed on time as my dealer asked but still got huge loss and mental tension, who will be responsible for this.
    How my registration no got changed. this is dealers negligence then why m suffering for this .
    till date no one has come to help me for my vehicle claim due to which m using accidental vehicle , again what sort of services you r giving to clients. Is this is your services.
    Me and my family is going through huge mental tension only because of Maruti and his dealers side and further for any loss , they both will be accounted and responsible for this.

  42. I purchased S Cross Automatic (Alpha) through Rana Motors (DL 8CBA 9566) and the same was delivered to me on 22nd December evening at my home in Delhi. Next morning the car would not start and I had to call the dealer representative. He came and the car started. He explained that I was not pressing the brake pedal for starting the car. I accepted the explanation as the car had started and I travelled from Delhi to Chandigarh without stopping anywhere on the way.

    Next day (on 24th December) in Chandigarh, the car again didn’t start. A complaint was made to reference number 25122020-0066) at 8 am on 25th December. A rookie mechanic visited the site and announced that car needs to be towed. The famed nation-wide Maruti roadside assistance was contacted (Complaint No X120377266IND). It proved to be a big disappointment as it took ages for them to respond. What is perhaps most irksome is that the Person on the other side (calling from Gurgaon) asked for towing charges (approx. INR 2500) and my presence at the time of picking up the car as well at the point of delivery in the Garage of my choice. He did not wish to be bogged down by the details that the car is only one day old has not done more than 250 Km and is covered by all the warranties. Also he will not commit on the time by which the towing truck will pick up the car. The towing truck never came leaving you wondering what would have happened if I was stuck on the road. Perhaps Maruti believes that once the car is sold, leave aside the sensitivity, they do not even have any accountability towards the customer.

    Seeking the help of the representatives from Rana Motors in Delhi I made calls to any one and everyone in Maruti Offices in Gurgaon and Chandigarh who would listen. The call centres (located in Gurgaon) will parrot the standard response that the help is on the way. One could not call them back as Maruti seems to discourage customers calling back.

    It was nearly after 7/8 hours of desperate calls and false assurances, that a technician visited (still no tow truck). He was shown all the messages and faults displayed on the Dash Board. He reset the software and insisted that the car was alright even when he himself was not able to restart the car. He was also reluctant to take the car to the Service Centre.

    To cut the long story short, it took a great deal to convince the technician to take the car to the Service Centre and diagnose it completely. At present the car is in Chandigarh Maruti authorised garage (CM Motors) and it has been now more than 8 days with no major change in status. The only thing I know is that the problem has been diagnosed and a spare part has been ordered for expedited delivery. Once the spare part is received the car will be repaired. These are all open-ended promises and no one is able to provide a definite time frame. So much for the too well advertised “NEXA EXPERIENCE”.

    I have since returned to Delhi. The entire experience has left a bad feeling and I truly believe that I no longer desire to own a Maruti brand vehicle. Not only was I delivered a defective car by the Company but the service standards are woeful. I request you to kindly get the vehicle collected from Chandigarh and refund the payment made to you.

    one day when my car in standing position then after some time big pits on the roof seen.
    Then I inspect for any scratch marks on roof. But there is no scratch marks.
    After that i try to push the roof from inner side then big pits remove but two small pits permanently taking place.
    And now when minor push on roof then big pits taking place and push from inner side remove that.
    Its a manufacturing defect in my car.
    So please resolve my problem as soon as possible for keeping faith in maruti cars.

    We bought a new car Maruthi Dzire VXI TN10BL5614 in Vishnu cars on 6.11.2020 and as of today the total kms ran was 410 kms and also completed the first service in the showroom on 10.12.2020. This is the first time we are taking the car out after first service on
    31.12 2020 for outing and parked the car for lunch near Om Saravana Bhava Hotel. While having lunch people shouted outside that a car got fire, we came out to see which vehicle and it was our vehicle which got fire.
    With the help of shop keepers anf local peoples we stopped the fire using sand and fire extinguishers. Meanwhile we informed to fire serive and nearby police station. They both came ro the spot for rescue and investigated and took a report. I informed to Maruthi showroom to but they didnt respond for our needy help at that time.
    The engine toally got burnt. At the end the showroom people asked us to get an FIR to take the vehicle from the spot. But when we asked the police they asked for RC book which we didnt recieve at that time. Now because of this, FIR couldnt put on the same day 31.12.2020.
    Yesterday morning 1.1.2021 at 10.45 am only we received the RC book from the showroom person. Now FiR is getting late.
    As of now the car has run totally 410 kms and it had been around 50 days from the date of purchase. Due to some technical issue the engine had burnt totally.
    So I need a total replacement of a new car and I dont want the old car. I hope you will understand and take the necessary action immediately.

Due t Clutch Cable breaking, car is stuck beside Road, since yesterday evening… No proper Assistance from Maruti team… Their all India Road assistance team gives Instruction not Solutions…!!!
    When I called up Indus motors, Kalamassery they are also giving instructions, No Solutions… FINALLY I TOWED car to service centre.. When u use brake, clutch cable may break, everytime Car have to TOWED back to Service centre.!!!! .. Expect this is going to burn lot of my Money… Without using Brakes how will I drive in Ernakulam Roads..!!!! If u are with Family or if it’s night then it’s Terrible…Now they are telling due to Spare parts shortage I will get my car back after 6 days…!!! Unbelievable from a Brand called Maruti which I am aware from my CHILDHOOD…!! Is this Result for a customer who spent precious money on Maruthi Automatic Car …!!!! HOW WILL I TRUST MARUTI BRAND????

    We have a great problem to be presented for your kind consideration and immediate intervention. The head light of our brand new car is leaking and during the rain it causes mist formation in front of the car and thus turning down the visibility. It is a high risk to drive such a car especially in Kerala since our rainy season is almost half year long.It is also noticed that there is a crack in front of the right head light.

    By this problem we have approached the service centre but they are in vain to sought out the issue. I have also contacted the Territory service Manager of Maruti Suzuki,Cochin. But he was also not in a position to solve my issue.

    I have opted to buy Maruti Suzuki because of its brand value. By the reply from your executive it is understood that it is a manufacturing defect. I have checked all the cars of my friends but all have no such issues.

    With these defects I can’t drive safely my car. If you can’t solve these problems requesting you to exchange the car with a new one or else I am humbly requesting you to refund the amount(Rs.9,80,301)by which I purchased the car.

  50. Sterring problem of my car which has been coming for quite some time. I was denied by manager Gwalior Prem Motors that we will not be able to get this problem right here you go to Dehli or Gurgaon. While many new parts have been added by Maruti on this issue, but the problem is still there. In this, the workers and managers of Prem Motors, Gwalior Shivpuri Link Road, do not want to accept, their machines are not good, sometimes the workers are working properly, I am troubled for a long time, I am called again and again but I do not get a solution. It is found that the process is going on from Maruti, sometimes Gwalior Prem Motors calls cgm sir and sometimes ccm calls madam. Today, I was called on Gwalior Prem Motors Shivpuri Link Road to leave the car, for two days, I was told by Ccm Madam to change every demo part. But nothing like this happened. My car is not running well with strerring, I have to be disappointed with the Maruti company today. Request from Maruti is a matter of cognizance.

I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki Ciaz vdi+ 2017 model at True value ( S B motor corp ) on Dec 1st, reg: AP05CX4469, they said that it is true value certified car but the vehicle is not starting this is not a 1st time, this is 3rd time, at 1st the vehicle get complaint at Arunachalam at night time we asked one car to support 180km by towing at midnight on Dec 3rd the vehicle Repair to start the vehicle it costs approx. 50k, at that time I am with my family members. They suffered a lot, 2nd time on Feb 5th at Rajahmundry only. now it is 3rd time. I intimated to the True value General manager but he is not responding. He used Telugu dialogues ( role vachi maddala ki cheppukondi ). On 6th march at 9:10 pm when I filled diesel at the bunk the vehicle suddenly not starting at this time also I’m with my family. I just intimated to the True value manager and CCM both came with another car they helped a lot and gave the battery attached to start the car… At that time I hand overed my Car in True value and I didn’t get any answer from True value. Is this the best service from True value. I questioned GM, is this type of complaint cars are certified cars? the General Manager has no concern about this incident. When I was talking with the GM, he said I’m not interested to talk with you, go and discuss with Manager and executive. I never expect this type of answer from GM and this type of cars are True value certified cars. I’m not a new customer to Maruti. I’m a regular Cust, this is my 4th car in Maruti True Value from 4years. I never expect from Maruti this type of service and this type of behavior from your side.     I am writing this email to you after I have tried everything I could and now I am fed up of the service got from you!
    I have a swift dzire model VDI of 2013.

    I with my family was travelling from back Bareilly to lucknow when my car suddenly stopped on the road so we called the the number of nearest Maruti service that was in Bareilly. They sent a towing truck and after we reached the center it was found out that it was a engine failure and they have to built the whole general engine again. So it was on around 25-11-2020 that we have to leave our car there and retured to lucknow. After many delays made from your side I recieved my car on 06-01-2021 which was more than a month and IT COSTED ME Rs94580 that is almost 1 lakh. And in that festive month of Christmas and new year we didn’t have single car in our home.

    Now it was on 9th feb that is 09/02/2021 we were in our city lucknow returning to our home when the vehicle again suddenly stopped on the middle of the road, we called a local mechanic and it said that the problem was in engine so we toed the car to our house and took it to KTL chinhut,Lucknow the next morning that is on 10/02/21. They called bareily service center and told about the scene that the problem lies in the engine so the Bareilly center asked us that we had to bring our car to them and it won’t be repaired in Lucknow even though both the service stations are of Maruti! On contacting the toeing service I find out that it will cost me Rs20,000 for toeing which was too much so I wasn’t going to do it. I talked to the Bareilly people on call and after a long quarrel they agreed on sending a crane from their side and finally my car was toed. Then on 26/02/21 i got a call from their side that my car is ready so I went and brought it back.

    Now just a day before holi on 28/03/21 when I with my family were going to out relatives house our car again broke down in the middle of the road! I opened the bonnet and checked oil was leaking heavily from the engine so again called the Bareilly official and talked about it and he told us not to use the car until they examine it so we toed the car back to my home and my holi was ruined!

    SO IN LONG STORY SHORT SINCE THE DAY I GAVE MY CAR FOR SERVICE IN BAREILLY IT HADN’T MADE ANY GOOD AND ALL MY 1 LAKH WENT IN VAIN! SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WON’T BE USING THIS CAR ANYMORE JUST GIVE ME THE AMOUNT YOU’VE TAKEN OR TAKE THE WHOLE CAR AND GIVE ME A AMOUNT I JUST WON’T USE THIS CAR ANYMORE.

    I have all the receipts of the car service you have given me and it would be really helpful if you can find a solution for it because now I am really fed up of your service and if you don’t then I will have to file a complain in consumers forum.

    On 9 March 2021 after assuring that I can get delivery I booked XL6 zeta from NEXA Jeevan Motors Bhopal with delivery date 29 march with booking amont 5000. I asked that is it possible to get the delivery upto 15 march Mr Anil Gaur denied and reassure me that you can take delivery on 29 or 30 march. After getting assurance that I get the car before 31 march and get the benefit of 64 thousand against LTC scheme I stop my search for vehicle.
    On 15 March Mr Gaur asked me that when you will take delivery As I already planned my tour from Nagpur to Bhopal according to delivery date of 29 March. So it was not possible to change the plan in this short notice. Also My Elder brother who is residing at Chennai and my younger brother who is residing in Jhalandhar also planned accordingly.
    So I informed him that I will take the delivery as per earlier committed date that is 29 March and once again informed him that I already planned according to 29 march. Finally he confirmed me with message ok Sir.
    On 23 March when I called Mr. Anil Gaur to remind him about taking delivery of car on 29 march and for asking status of delivery and formalities to be completed in terms to ensure smooth delivery keeping in mind that we would be travelling from outstation specifically for taking of delivery of car in whilst of pandemic, however during discussion on phone call with Mr. Gaur he casually told that vehicle which was meant for you was delivered to some another customer citing some stupid reasons like
    We couldnt arrange funds etc however let me clear you that we were in absolute possession of the fund which we would have deposited if asked to do so. It was also intimated in earlier communication to Mr. Gaur that we do not require loan from external financial institutes recommended by you.
    Booking amount low, I want to inform you that the booking amount of 5000 was told by Mr. Gaur at time of booking, He neither informed us that you have to pay more booking amount nor did I receive any mail regarding the same.
    Moreover in your mail you informed that It was difficult to hold the vehicle with booking amount only I want to know why you did not inform me before delivering my booked vehicle to someone else.

    Mr. Gour also denied his commitment for delivery of the car within the current month however I have got his WhatsApp chats and call recordings saved to prove that after collecting booking amount he showed his true colors and least bothered about mental and financial losses we are forced to bear now, forget about customer satisfaction.
    Now after being treated with all these unethical practices, we have been suffering from following losses trauma
    We planned to complete the buying process before 31st of March so that we can avail GST rebate thru LTC voucher scheme launched by Government of India. Approximate financial losses Rs. 64,000.00
    To get benefit of current prices, we learnt that Suzuki is going to revise prices for all cars wef April 01, 2021.
    Emotional breakdown- As you must be aware that buying a new car brings a lot satisfaction and is considered as achievement for middle class people like us and now everybody in the family is feeling low in-fact Suzuki has lost its image and credibility for them because of this incompetency.
    Family is like we will not but any car from Suzuki now as they dont fulfill their commitments.
    Also I want to bring to your notice that the reason mentioned by Jeevan motors in mail regarding unavailability of booked vehicle before 31 march was totally different with the reason mentioned by Mr Gaur telephonically.

    I have purchased new vehicle(maruti alto 800 vx plus) on 5th March 2021 from Acer Motors – Maruti Suzuki Dealer, Trimulgherry, Hyderabad. but Vehicle has gear box problem, so I given back to Acer Motors for repair on 12th march
    still problem is not resolved and not getting any proper response. For repairing they have taken over one month means there may be big problem don’t know it will repair or not. If not repair I asked to replace the vehicle but I am not getting proper solution. I called Midhun GSM of Telangana and Andrapradesh but he is also not giving any response. I have taken the vehicle for emergency in COVID-19 because my sister delivered twins ,need a vehicle travel from hospital to home but maruthi or Acer motors people not arrange the vehicle also. Booking letter was not given to me and on visit the showroom persons ok Kiran motors told to for delivery of vehicles on 04/03/202 on the ground of this I make the disbursemdnt ready from my Bank.but yill today they shown their inability to deliverd the car as well as to provide me the wating list . Yesterday i again visited the showroom and meet the CEO of kiran motors ,they do not shown their ability and straightway refuses to provide me my booking waiting list.
    I very much disappointed with it for npnco opporation from the Dealers as well as Officials of Maruti co . Mr Akshay but he is also not cooperate me and denied to provide me the wziting list in details.

Since 3rd March I am raising queries on Breakdown of the vehicle to MARUTI WITH MODERN AUTOMOBILES KARNAL & NEXA REWARI DINCO for not providing Road side Assistance and after all this vehicle was arranged by myself & sent to REWARI NEXA and they managed to give my vehicle next day and again same problem occurs in 3kms driving only.
    Afterwards I keep to know that they hadn’t opened the JOB Card on the first visit and it has been updated by when I asked to show the JOB card for KMS that at which extent you had checked the vehicle that it has been raised again in 3KMS.
    At the time of Road Assistance I called Customer care 2 times and one time at MODERN KARNAL but no one had helped in approx 3 hours.

    Still no one is listening and avoiding the mails even.
    Even some seniors and Modern OWNER was also CC in each mails but NO RESPONSE. __ VERY much dissatisfied with MARUTI CULTURE that MARUTI doesn’t need CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

    This email is to inform you that we are terribly dissatisfied and frustrated with your customer dealing.

    We had booked an EECO car from the Southpark motors and transferred Rs. 10000/- as a booking amount on 09/01/2021. Due to the non-availability of the red color booked vehicle we cancelled the booking in March and the advance amount was refunded by 8th of April.

    24th March we made a booking with Indus motors pattom and paid RS 30000 as booking amount. The total on road price of the car was Rs. 4,83,063/- in which loan from SBI SME branch for Rs. 4,00,000/- and the balance of Rs 53,063/- transferred from Iscape SBI account on 21 April 2021. We have paid the entire amount for the car in April 2021 itself and it is not delivered on time which makes us too unhappy. From January 2021, we have been spending a lot of time on this and to our surprise none of the customer care staff or marketing executives responded properly to us. We wanted the car at least before the lockdown and the intention was clearly communicated to the dealers one week before the lockdown and they have not taken a single step for making us happy. The answer we were getting last week of lock down was given for registration waiting for number etc. What you did is completely dishonest towards us and couldn’t believe that a Maruti dealer had done this displeased and low-spirited behavior. Do reply to this email as early as practicable as we are losing hope in you.

  74. There is a complaint number (using Maruti Suzuki portal) in the subject line and another complaint number was generated – 3741213338 and was received by sms when I escalated the issue to the corporate office. Now I have two numbers.

    I have been working in the corporate sector for a couple of decades and I understand how hard leadership works to create a brand. Having said that I am reiterating my issue.

    My car met with an accident, by the grace of God no one was hurt and my car was brought to the service center in Sasaram. I was abroad for a few months and my wife did all the legalities and it was assured by the service center that Car will be repaired in a couple of months. Its being a neighbourhood service center, we did not press hard for an earlier date. We were assured by the service center that I will receive my car by the first week of April 2021.

    Service center is less than half a km from my house. My driver may have visited over 15 times but it seems like the service center has other priorities than meeting their commitment. The tone and language of the representatives is aggressive and condescending. I have recorded the conversation and am ready to provide if required.

    Maruti Suzuki portal says someone will reach me in 24-48 hours and even after 168+ hours no one reached out to me. Today someone from Gurugram number Mr. Charanjeet Singh called me asking if I received any call from Service center and I told him no, he said I will get a call ASAP. I asked him to define what is asap. Does 168+ hours qualify as asap? I am in urgent need of my car and at the same time the local representative needs to understand the importance of politeness and what customer service means.

    Failing to keep commitment and lack of professional ethics by local service center does not reflect well on the image of Maruti Suzuki. I am hoping that after cc’ing leadership things will start moving.

  76. purchased Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, TN75AR5105, on 21st December.              *Till now the car has covered the distance of 2847km.              Though the car has been alive while it is sent to Kuzhithurai  it has been given in dead condition  from there.
                *Yesterday 23June 2021 the car has some problem while running and it is informed me that it has some clutch plate complaint by the Athens showroom,  Vettumani, Kuzhithurai.            *It is also informed by them to take the car to Thuckalay branch. At the same time they asked me to do the payment for the shipment of the car to Thuckalay  since the car doesn’t cover warranty.       *Though the car ran only a limited distance, it has this problem.        *I also believe that this is the manufacturing complaint and how can we recommend this type of car to others. No one can expect such complaint even after rash driving during this limited time covering limited  distance.       While buying this car I have been given a warranty for two years with 40000km. But now only 6 months over and it has covered only 2847 kmts.  It is informed me that it will cost around Rs. 8000. Since the warranty period is not yet over, I can’t  pay the amount and do some arrangements to get warranty..      Hence I request you to do the needful to get it clarified as early as possible.       Expecting the best.

  77. Dear Sir/Mam,

    Driver of my car tried to save the lady but he was unable to control the car and my car had an accident and thereafter my car was dumped with a dry tree and then driver reversed the car and the driver ran away with the car and the crowd surrounded him and the mob started pelting stones on the top of the car. The driver somehow escaped with his life from there.

    I got all the above information from the police station and my driver after a few days.

    I bailed out my car on Friday (25-June-2021) and I got my car out of the police station on Sunday (27-June-2021) and I called Maruti service center RKBK AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD (Basti, UP) to take the car from police station but they did not have any facility so I somehow took my car to service center but the service center did not take the claim of my car and did not take the car in my custody I took the car back to some side.

    Service center people are saying that your claim will not be passed, so we cannot take your car inside.
    I am facing this issue first time in the services of Maruti. My car number is UP16-BD-5521.

    Its very disheartening to inform you about the service quality of your service center at Surya Suzuki Jeypore. I Amlan Swain visited your show room for servicing my Burgman Scooty and given my scooty for servicing at 10.00 Am. (serial no.3). Till 5.30 I didn’t received any call from the reception desk to get any updation of my scooty servicing status. While arriving at 5.40 to service center to receive my scooty surprisingly my scooty lying on the same condition I left for servicing with out any service or repair. After traveling from Koraput from 22 KM in this havy rain and waiting for the whole day, this kind of service is unacceptable from brand like suzuki. There is no empathy from any staff while I was explaining my concern and simply they was enjoying there evening tea. Reception lady without uniform is having very poor coustmer handling skill as she have no clue about the scooty either serviced or not.
    THIS MANAGEMENT HAVE TO HIRE GOOD EFFICIENT SKILLED EMPLOYEE.
    And its better not to speak about road condition, Covid protocol, Cleniness and hygiene.
    About Charges : They could have charge my battery before advising for placement of new battery. But unfortunately they didn’t have time for that. So simply they said they need to change the battery.
    If this kind of service will continue, I will think before buy or suggest any suzuki product. I have given several feedback through SMS rating. But forget about improvement , service centre service quality going down day by day. While the service center is full of staff ,they gives excuse on unavailability of tech staff. Its high time to stop fooling consumer.

    This is attitude to handle the new customer when taken the vehicle last 10days back

    After he told once the technical team come will inform you to revisit the dealership
    ( Wasting the time of customer )

    Dear Team,

    This is in continuation to my previous mail dated 20/12/ 2020, my complaint still remains UNATTENDED. Despite of my several reminder over the WhatsApp group no updates are being sent. Till date I don’t know the status of the car. It is a visit that is required every time to take an update.

    I am single car owner and have been without a car for the last over three weeks now. I was being sent a loan car by your esteemed offices, which I feel has become a reason for your offices have to become more relaxed about the situation. As per my last update from your offices, you had been in touch with the Gurgaon Maruti Team and nothing was still being ascertained and the problem remains unsolved. The Team is reluctant to do a hit n try as they feel the spares are very expensive and if the problem is still not resolved then the spare shall be stuck in their stock for no reason. A MARUTI OWNED SERVICE STATION has to do a HIT n TRIAL at this advancement of Technology surprises me and leaves me in a dilemma that have I taken a right decision to buy an AUTOMATIC version of MARUTI.

    I am made to feel that Maruti still doesn’t have their hands on with the AUTOMATIC VERSION of the vehicle and every time there’s an issue the staff isn’t equipped to rectify the problem. The Sensors haven’t been giving right kind of problem and hence the issue remains undiagnosed for weeks altogether.

    As mentioned earlier , I have been a MARUTI car lover and have always driven one, but I feel that your staff is right in saying that MARUTI isn’t prepared with their AUTOMATIC version. In lieu of the above, I need a full proof solution. I AM NO LONGER CONFIDENT that YOUR TEAM SHALL BE ABLE TO FULLY RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM EVER NOW with the kind of the behaviour I have come across.

    I had purchased this car just about two months ago from a Maruti Dealer and was enjoying it until it encountered this problem. I would request you to kindly use THIS CAR for Research & Development and give me a new car in replacement. You can take the IDV or Market Value of this car and charge the difference to me and give me a New CIAZ MANUAL or ERTIGA MANUAL.

    I have been patiently waiting for my car to be repaired for the last over three weeks now failing a response from your end I would force me to escalate this issue on social media and to relevant authorities.

    MY PREVIOUS MAIL ALSO REMAINS UNANSWERED TILL DATE.

    Purchasing a vehicle is very emotional aspect of life and the same for my family.and i think automotive ( marathi) are taking me for granted and checking my patience now. The example to support this is am waiting for vehicle since 10 weeks. Though While booking waiting time mentioned was 4-6 weeks and further just be sending apology letter you are again asking time is endless process.
    Along with you I consider that this failure of me too as I wanted vehicle by 1/2/2022. So it was planned and booked. But I did not get it. Further i thought I will get it on my daughter’s birthday on 7/2/2022 but the delay story continued. Next occasion was my own birthday on 11/03/2022 which was big occasion for me but again I ended up in disappoint. So now I had to conclude that you are really checking my patience.
    Considering all above It is once again humbly requested to give delivery of vehicle at the earliest. And for that please put result oriented efforts from your side and do let me know if I have to talk to somebody in your higher ups.

    Note:- The experience of purchasing maruthi vehicle is really becoming very badand saddened to me with every passing day due to delay in vehicle booked by me on 30/12/2021.

  95. Hi, I am Arjun Gupta working in a Japanese company. I have been a loyal customer of MSIL since 2014. Recently I purchased an Ertiga CNG in June of 2021.
    It was running very fine from last year. But recently their clutch was not working properly. And moreover my car runs very less. Only 19000 KM approx i did his second service.

    Then your service person told me that the clutch was not covered under warranty.
    Firstly, when I thought about purchasing an ertiga the delier had forced me to purchase 70k accessories extra. then only got the delivery of my car after 3 months waiting time. In the meantime MSIL increased his Ex shroom prices.

    And this was not considered under warranty. it will make me unhappy and cheated.
    Kindly pay attention to this appleans give some solution.

I booked 3 months before this beingbso whenni got approval and waited one month for delivery of car but Then cars says that they have no stock hence vehilcle cant able to book. Without having vehicle they booked car and make to wait now the increase of rate i cant able to purchase really it cause lot of mental agony for increase of rate have to ibtain permission i am not responsible for increase of rate hence advise Athen cars nagarcoik to deliver car for the quatation issued for me

It was very shocking and heartbreaking for me that my brand new XL6 Alpha Petrol which I received from NEXA Lower Parel Sai Service Pvt Ltd showroom on 28 May, 2022, compressor was defective and A.C. stopped working on 8th June 2022, just in 10 days time. I could not believe that after buying such a premium car and that too of the most reputed company Maruti Suzuki, any such thing can ever happen. It seems something has gone terribly wrong in the quality checking. I have used Wagon-R for 10 years, till date have had no such problem.

    I am very much thankful to Ms.Hema, Mr.Maulik Rupani, Mr.Michael, Mr.Santosh Jadhav for taking this problem seriously and arranging the new compressor on top most priority bases. I am really very much thankful to all of you.

  102. We Bought Maruti NEXA XL6 from your dealer in Mumbai MY CAR vile Parle west , in November 2021 …we bought this car as we were told it gives average of 19 to 21 kms per ltr.. it’s rubbish claim as the car is giving average of 5 to 6 km/per Ltrs in city and 10 KM/per Ltrs on highway.
    We have complained the issue to dealer MY CAR end number of times but the unskilled staff who has no technical knowledge , has not showed any interest in resolving the issue.
    We bought the car for its best economy value of fuel consumption, but it has failed to give us any advantage.
    We can’t expect and accept such highly false claims and hence we request you to give us a solution or change our faulty car

They just done fraud with me by saying and told me to remove the bumper clips and we he will put me new bumper in claim too and the day when they were giving the car back they told the headlight which came from company is broken why they are promising to give and we reach their to take car they told next 5-6days will be there. And the manager were talking rudely behavior and they are just promising and on next minute they say when we spoke this things to you I have all the recordings proofs and really all the manager talk very rudely.   111. Dear sir, I purchased dzire from arya car, pardi, nagpur on 9th Nov 2022. On the day of delivery, roof, boot and rear left fender had major paint damages. I had refused to take delivery. But GM Mahesh Wankheded insisted to take delivery with the promise to sort all issues soon and requested to bring me vehicle back later. I took the vehicle on 24th Nov 2022. Then to rectify the paint damage issues, the repainted the whole surfaces viz. entie roof, boot, rear left fender despite of my warning not to repaint the vehicle at all. He is denying the fact that repainting has been done and now I am left with a repainted car.

    I am taking follow up since 25th November but no acceptance of repainting job hs been done yet nor to resolve my issue.

    I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

  115. My brother bought maruti wagon R from maruti dealer POPULER WHEELS INDIA PVT LTD FROM ASHRAM ROAD AHMEDABAD GUJARAT . They have over charged money from us . We made complain 230303174721 to maruti as well before month but still they have not make any action against them . We are really upset from maruti. We from many years but maruti car now we will think . I suggest all not to buy maruti

  116. My car GJ 36 L 76 65 doors are rusted, I have been complaining for two years, I have not received any call from Maruti Suzuki. Should be closed , If my solution still doesn’t work, we will take the rusty Suzuki car from me and show it in front of the showroom.

    I have also sent a mail but I have not received a reply even in the mail
    I have mailed complaints many times but the complaints are closed by Maruti Suzuki.

    I have complained three to four times in Maruti Suzuki but I am not getting any solution.

I have booked one Maruti Ertiga , ZXI model white colour car with the authorised dealer, Varun motors Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024, in september month and made an advance payment of rupees 5000/-as demanded and a receipt was issued on 21.Sept.2022. At the time of booking I was assured that the vehicle will be delivered within 2 or max by 3 months but till date the vehicle has not been delivered. The Dealer is not giving any satisfactory reply. On their assurance. now it’s been almost 8 months and still not getting any proper response from the dealer.And staff of the dealer are irresponsible about customers. I am fed up with this and very disappointed with maruti suzuki. I had raised a complaint on march 1st (ticket# 166895606) even after that my problem is not yet solved.
