    • I’m facing problem with the service of kwality wall’s ice Cream stock.Salesman r not serious about their orders and commitment,about expired goods and delivery.very formal not serious.Request u please don’t keep guys like these.Im from Aurangabad MH.

  1. ( The dealer as he denies to give stock)
    I have a Gift cum Ice Cream store which opened on Mar 21. Since May 28 2021, I have been selling Kwality walls products.

    We generated a billing of around 58000 Rs between 28 May 21 & 28 Feb 2022 by selling Kwality walls products. I have been

    very consistent with the Kwality walls sales since then, even though I was new to the ice cream business and my store is in a small

    residential street not in a market place.

    I have few GST bills as proof apart from several raw paper bills as Barabanki distributor Mr Rahell (Everything shoppy) refused to provide the GST bill several times.

    I want to bring to your attention that due to personal grievances, the distributor has been pushing me to stop selling Kwality walls products since Sept 21, in spite of the fact that sales are pretty constant and above the expectations. Since then, he has almost stopped giving the products to me. My store boy used to go to collect the goods, he used to make a kacha bill (Raw paper bill) in his name and take cash money. Sometimes he doesn’t even provide the KACCHA bill(Raw paper bill) for 1- 2 boxes.

    I am deeply struggling to fulfill the Kwality product demand in my shop.

    I always had issues in getting the products from him (which seems to be done due to the dealer’s malafide intention and ego). After several follow ups (between Jun – Aug 21) Barabanki representative Mr Dilip didn’t visit the store.
    After Mr. Imtiyaz (UP head for Kwality walls)followed up, finally Mr Dilip agreed and visited our store on 14th sept and booked an order.I sent the same order to the dealer on WhatsApp. Unfortunately it was never delivered to me.
    After the above visit they never visited our shop for orders. I have been trying to manage it somehow by sending and doing several follow ups with the dealer but there is almost no order fulfillment by him.
    Recently when I tried to place an order on 8th Mar 2022, he asked me to return the machine as there is no sale. (Which is completely lies and fabricated).
    Mr. Dilip called me and Mr. Raheel (Barabanki distributor) on a conference call on 9th Mar but their intention is not to Settle the order issues but they were trying to forcibly pick up the machine. I in fact tried to send a few orders over WhatsApp but never received a reply from them.

    MR. Raheel straight away refused to give the goods to my store boy.(I have the call recording and evidence for the same.)

    I have few queries which will help me understand
    if Kwality walls really give preference to the people who have been giving business to them over any ego of Dealer/sub-Dealers.
    Do we have any minimum billing requirement for a retailer?
    Can a distributor sell the product without the bill, if so, how does the company calculate the sale from the individual retailer?
    Does the distributor have the sole authority to decide whom he wants to sell the product or not, even if the retailer is meeting/exceeding all the targets?
    Is there a norm on how frequently representatives visit the store?
    Can only the distributor decide whether he wants to deliver the product or make retailers run behind him for products?
    How much time does it take to do the branding of the new store?
    In case a machine is picked up then what happens to the existing product the retailer is holding?
    I still have confidence that Premium brands like Kwality walls have a process in place to cater these issues & hence avoid damaging their brand image. Looking forward to you for a resolution to this.

    I am ready to contact Kwality walls higher management if needed to get this resolved.

Hi this is Aurelia enterprise from behala 87/10 banamali naskar road kol-60.I regret to say that my refrigerator is disabled for the last 9 months but no one help me,my local distributor is siddhaswari ,Mr.dulalgiri ,I have already complain them but there is no response for my request. I request you to kindly help me to exchange the refrigerator or to repair it .

Hi sir this is armaan here from jammu I open a new restaurant near Iitjammu from 3 to 4 month i regularly call jammu office of Kawalti walls but their is no response firstly they said ur refrigerator is on the way then I call many times but their is no reply they simply cut the calls I open a restaurant which is on national highway on katra road i need a product of Kawalti walls near to my location the demand of ice cream is highway but ur company man never comes i requests to them many time please visit my location but they don’t take it seriously and my agreement is ready from 1 month but they any not placing refrigerator and also didn’t pic my call..I have already complain them but there is no response for my request.. I request you to kindly help me ….
