    This is Akshay Dalvi. I’m not a customer from your finance company. I received a call from the collection agency on my number for some of the customer named by Sophia Buthello who I don’t know. The agent is harrising me calling daily and today it was worst. The agent letraly told me in Marathi ( tumcha lokancha aukad nai tar ka ghetat). This things are not tolerated as I’m filing a police report and taking this issue to the consumer firm the agent name was Geeta yadav. Calling me from this number 9321342072 / 7304571616.

      After doing complaint i received a meeting call from Mr. Dhirendra Pratap Singh, and I told him on the call itself that if you are authorised to take corrective action then only please call me but at the time of meeting (Dated: 07-11-2020) he did not understand the issue of customer but tried to favour bank employees only because of which I the customer of bank decided to close all my Accounts from the bank for which he do not have any problem as he mentioned that employees are the first priority of bank and not customer.

      Please let me know if bank is agreed with the statement of bank employees.

But the collection agent said he will send the receipt by mail or by whatsapp still now we didnt get any solutions but spoke to idfc and capital no body takes responsibility to solve my issues. Such a Worst support i never seen both idfc and capital are frods company. people from call centre calls after sending several emails. it will be rectified within a week or so. but its been all most 1 year completed. still no solutions. pls dont beleve idfc and capital these bank and finance company cheating the people in multiple ways. and dont refer any one to open an account or to take a finance.

  3. I have availed a home loan in my name , Loan acc no : 20146010 . Now i want to pay back the loan but since last one month the bank officials are fooling me badly . I have called the customer care no and they disconnect the phone after listening to my query . ON 24th Sep 2020, i have received foreclosure letter which a pre payment charges on 5 % Where in my sanctioned letter it is clearly mentioned that if the loan is taken for personal use then there is no pre payment charges . Moreover as per the RBI guideline the payment charges are NIL for home loans .

    i am very disappointed with bank response on the above matter .

  4. I have Manoj Prasad home loan account number 14439434. Attaching all relevant documents with RBI Guidelines for foreclosure

    In order to close my home loan, I requested the bank to be given a foreclosure letter in September 2018. The bank sent me the foreclosure letter by email on 14/12/2018, which did not have any additional charge of any kind, now when I again requested the foreclosure letter from the bank, the foreclosure letter received by the bank through email It has been sent to me in the name of foreclosure by imposing approximately 140000 + 25000 additional charges. Please check it and give me the correct solution.

    I received call from Miss Priyanka with mobile number 7208937716 representing IDFC first bank with Employee ID 19816. She verified my name and my number in the beginning.
    This lady on the phone told me that they shall transfer my existing loan against property to their organisation. I enquired about their details like land line number or the address which she denied to give and said she does not have permission for that. I asked her regarding how did she call me? In the answer of which she said I was their customer. I have denied this also and I asked her to give the credentials. She transferred my call to her senior bearing name Sanket. Mr. Sanket provided me the helpline number of their organisation as 18605009900 and his personal number as 9819745716. This number is not reachable.
    I have explained them that I have neither obtained any loan and I am not their customer also. I have also informed them that they have stolen my data such as name and phone number, and based on the stolen data they are calling me, which is a crime.
    I request you to verify the credentials of these callers and take necessary action.

  9. Hi my name is arnab Acharya it is so unfortunate that on behalf of idfc first bank sent me a notice to a jobless and helpless borrower due to covid scenario. However the lawyer had asked me to present on conciliation proceedings on 21
    11.2020 but I have received the letter on 25.11.2020. It is bring to notice to idfc first bank that I was trying to apply restructure of my loan on bank website for about three months but my previous registered number 8777281486is showing invalid and more surprisingly some unknown number ending 8629 is recorded in bank system which is out of my knowledge.I requested to kolkata office customer care team to to remove but they did not remove it and told me bad word. I visited to kolkata apeejay house branch but they dis not receive my manual application and advised me to apply on website. After te moratorium end on 31st August 2020 I had wrote several emails to the customer service team but nothing happened.
    At present i am jobless and living under kind of my family. My family has nothing significant in this regard. I live with my mother and my father is no more. We live on rental income. I am thriving hard to get a job by attending online interviews. As you are well aware that getting job is very stuff in this covid scenario. I have not much money to settle IDFC loan. I can only pay 50000 out of total due is 105000 on ten installment i.e 5000 monthly by lending from my family monthly. In the meantime I can pay larger amount once I get new job.
    I can also try to pay one previous emi on December 2020 if I can get restructure on my loan number 14161927. But first they should withdraw the legal process which they had send me without any intimation. I also requested tabassum khatun collection staff of kolkata to grant me restructure but she repeatedly forcing me to pay one emi when I said to her I cannot pay now due to my condition give me some time to arrange .
    I therefore request to grant me restructure by extending the tenure of my loan so that my CIBIL record can be maintained and IFFC first bank can get all their dues with interest. That’s why they are doing their business. As I was a sincere borrower and always maintained good repayment record prior covid which you can check in bank system. I can settle only paying 5000 monthly whether or restructure in the form of settlement if possible I do hereby also request IDFC first bank to allow me another 6 months moratorium from September 2020 to Feb 2021 by adjuat all previous due so that I can get a job and pay like past.

  13. Respected system generated customer care who doesn’t take any action regarding the complain so many times I have raised on behalf of my father Late Jit Bahadur Chhetri.,
    As my father Jit bahadur chhetri (LAN- 21544305) has passed away on 3rd June of 2019, and I (kamal bahadur chhetri, Elder son of Late Jit bahadur chhetri) have informed your authorities at your siliguri IDFC FIRST BANK Branch with all the documents which then was required to claim was submitted. But after that so many issues has been raised like (To claim the Loan which was taken by my late father, I son of late Jit bahadur chhetri have to submit my late father 6 years old medical records!) That was so surprisingly kind of torture from your side.
    After that from June 2019 the claim process was going on (as your authorities didn’t took any action) . After that ( June 2019) I went on enquiring about the claim and finally, On February 2020 I from my side enquire the claim money.
    But apart from this I kept on asking about the settlement of the loan but again empty handed.
    I always cannot narrate my same story to the unauthorised customer care, who doesn’t care to take action but yet they promised to take some action( liar).

    I am an idfc existing customer i was trying to forclose the existing loan and have made a payment of 5564.18 and its been more than 3 weeks and days counting idfc has not received the payment after getting it escalated idfc is telling that the payment has gone to flipkart paylater but i don’t have any outstanding balance with flipkart paylater and now idfc is telling me to contact flipkart i have contacted flipkart multiple times and they don’t have any information about the payment and still idfc is insisting me to call flipkart although the problem is with idfc.

    I have written 35 reminder on your banks blunder against my CIBIL report.

    Still no response.

    I had marked to all the email ID’s, still no one called me nor email is reverted.

    Still my CIBIL is having wrong reporting from your bank and due to which my home loan application is rejected and I had lost my 1 time processing fee of rs.5900/-.

    I want immediate correction on my CIBIL records, Refund of rs. 5900/- and apology for the blunder.

    It is high time now, I am following up for this correction since Sep’19, 1st time after 25 re reminders your company had sent a apology mail and refund of 800/- and confirmed that all necessary corrections are made.

    But now my home loan is rejected due to your blunder, your company has reported WRONG in CIBIL and same is still not rectified, whereas you guys had confirmed it is rectified without doing necessary correction.

    Last time my Mother treatment was delayed due to my Personal loan request was rejected for same wrong CIBIL reporting, hence I had escalated and got the confirmation from your company and post which I applied for Home loan.

    Now even my home loan is rejected due to yuh our companies carelessness and I lost my processing fee of rs.5900/-

    I want my rs.5900/- refund, CIBIL report correction and apology letter for blunder that your company made for 2nd time.

I have opened my saving bank account 10065250509 though online and given my address for GWALIOR with pin code 474004, however, in my address for communication, the bank has mentioned BHOPAL instead of GWALIOR. With Bhopal, the pin code is mentioned as 474004.Since 21.01.2021, I have sent as many as 8 mails and even mail to V. Vaidyanathan,MD of the IDFC first bank and also made more than ten calls.However, the bank has nut cared to correct the name of the city. Every time assurance is given for prompt action with top priority.

    My son Piyush Omprakash Vaidya was working in Travel Agency for International Tours an operation manager took loan from IDFC bank Rajkot and was paying installment regularly. Due to COVED 2019 form March 2020 due to international tours operation shutdown Travel agency Operation and he was not on job from last 9 months and not getting salary.
    He has getting off and on calls from banks and pressing to much to pay dues. He and I explain the coved 2019 job loss situation but bank continue calls and pressing to much up to last day of his life and died due to mental pressure on 3rd February 2021 by Heart attack without any history at age 41 and left wife and son at age 14 without any future.

  30. We, husband and wife senior citizens opened a month ago two SB accounts with JVPD branch at Mumbai. We have been in touch with the executives in this branch for certain support but regretfully the support we get is not to our satisfaction. They even seem to be not getting feedback from their back office. One example of they can not give in writing that senior citizen Fixed deposit on pre mature closure does not attract penalty. Not happy and rethinking whether to continue or close the accounts.

    Need your kind help please in below matter…

    I have availed a two wheeler loan in January-2021 vide loan account number – 39297653.
    On 12th June, 2021, I have made a e_paymnet (IMPS) foreclosure payment of Rs.58068/- as per customer care given values.
    Accordingly, I have made balance payment to IDFC Bank account no.97733102170, Branch – Brandra (East).

    Till a date, said amount is not updated into my loan account and still showing open instead of closure..!

    I have called many times to Customer care team members, raised request for Bank account updation but, sad to say, its still pending..!!

    You are requested to please help ius n this matter and issue a Two Wheeler Loan account number closure Certificate.

  34. Dear Sir

    This is regarding fraudulent traction in my account no 10063678365 dated 1/7/2021

    Today evening, some unknown financial transaction has occurred in my personal account this has happened without any transaction activity from my side,
    & all of a sudden messages were start coming from the bank regarding the withdrawal of the amount from some unknown sources when checked it was found that amount was withdrawal from my account without any initiation from my side.
    One by one total of 64004 Rs was withdrawal from my account, that too without asking for the password, which is really very shocking because we have to follow a certain process for initiating & completing our financial transactions under which we have to first enter ” transaction password” followed by a “one-time password “(OTP) which we received through text message, after entering transaction password, once all this process is over then the only amount can be transferred to another party account
    However, during these fraudulent transactions non of the process was applied & all amounts were withdrawal automatically through eight transactions, which is not according to our normal procedure.

    We request you to please take corrective action and do the needful for refunding our amount since it is not our fault

Sir my my loan no.is 23292555 mujhe aapke recovery team ka call aaya sir aapka payment nhi huya hai maine bola i am covid pesent so me aapko payment dene nhi aa sakta aap mera settelment amount bata do me online pay kar deta hu mr.ankit itoriya or mr.vinod and mr.ronak ka call aaya unhone mujhse ankit ji ke account me pay karne ka bola 29000 maine pay kiya 10 apr. ko UPI se kiya 2 month tak mera amount compay me jama nhi huya tha me branch gaya mr vinod ne 8000 oay karne ka bola maine wo bhi pay kiya settelment letter diya but abhi bhi mea loan close nhi kiya e or mujhe NOC PROVIDE KIJIYE otherwise me FIR kar raha hu or RBI ko mail kae raha hu sub screenshot maine bhej diye hai my complIN NO IS1007397343

    On 12.00pm these man came to my home with two there people for recovery he was Harrassing, torching & arguing with my mom and sister he was talking very rudely his behaviour like Local Gunda

    On evening time he called me
    I told him I will pay emi on September month which I discussed with you all but he started giving threatening and abusing on calls again and again

    2nd time it’s happen with me
    Recovery guy
    still calling….

    Tell that guy to visit at my home and say sorry to my mom and sister neither I will complaint to RBI & Police

    I had recorded is calling recording and mailed you

    Need apologize from that guy

  37. There was a fraud happened with me and I am asking help from the bank since 3 months to help me to get back my money but they are just making excuses and ignoring my emails. I received on call from a lady but she lied about the complain and later manager told that he will call back after confirming but he never called back. And idfc bank has a worst customer service as the agent closed my ticket without informing or asking me. And still I am waiting for the solution else I have to forcefully close my account with IDFC bank

    i am amar meena i have applied for personal loan before 1 month and still not approved my loan its very dissapointing and worst service i have seen and they said your loan not approved due to u play dream11 .is it jok or what dream 11 im only putting 20 or 49 rs and this is gambelling are u kiding me .
    id my issue not resolve will share soical networking how u harsh customer and fiilled case against idcf bank credit manager and so called illreate employee
    they came 4 times for reverification after one month they said not aapporve
    will wait today if nor resolve will take legal action ASAp
