    I m Parvinder from Gurugram Sec 95, and I have a complaint against your other Branch Wheels Automotives .
    I contacted the agency and the workshop manager Shri B.S. Shekhawat told me we have ordered your bike parts , when they come we will repair your bike as soon as possible. Now three weeks have gone but this agency doesnt give me a satisfactory answer regarding our bike. He always told me the same answer i.e parts not available here yet. After this tired I have decided to complain in customer care and I have a complaint on 26/09/2020 at your customer care and your service provider told me we will contact you within 48 hours but after two days but I didn’t receive any call by HERO MOTOCORP. After that I called again in customer care and then they answered me the same thing.
    And then I found another mistake that agency (Wheels Automovies) workshop manager Shri B.S. Shekhawat doesnt give my registered mobile number to care. He entered another no (7027326622). When I found this mistake I went to the agency and asked him about changing this number but Shri B.S. Shekhawat told me that your mobile no. will change by taking into care and told us to change your no. through agency . Both told me to speak from here to there.

      very disappointed purchase hero HF Deluxe .No services available at Small town from date of purchase facing a problem in motorcycle. On Road motorcycle engine was stop & not working and the motorcycle did not start. i was call to customer care but response not received i was call to dealer response not received were motorcycle stop on road not working. i was purchase from but dealer not supported said no services available at failure palace dealer tell me take your motorcycle at another vehicle and came at service center.i was purchase motorcycle from my first salary take it on installment for easy working.but i think i was purchase a headache for me & Family. I think I was wasting my money by never purchasing a hero motorcycle in the future & stopping them from purchasing from family,friends in town . It is very bad behavior & Bad services provided by Hero moto corp service centers.  POOOOOOOOOREST Service Ever & forever.

    I am an interested customer of your bike-passion pro model. I visited Hero Dealer AASHIRVAAD in district Dholpur, Rajasthan multiple times. I asked them about offers which are prevailing on purchase of above said bike but i was told that there are not a single offer and its compulsory to purchase all accessories along with bike. After this I contacted Hero Head Office, Delhi where i was informed about various offers and no compulsion of purchasing accessories and Head office asked me to once again visit AASHIRVAAD Dealer and if he doesnot give any offer complain on customer care. I again visited the dealer and was again refused for any offer . After this i have registered a complain on Customer Care of Hero but there has been no response still from the AAshirvaad Dealer, Dholpur.
    This is clear reflection of lack of interest towards customer satisfaction and will automatically lead to reduce customer base.
    I thus request you to kindly describe me which dealer and its location from where i can purchase the bike with prevailing offers provided to me.

    My bike Hero glamour i3s service maintainable for give a service center in vijayawada, kanuru branch in last october, changed new suspension bushes, at that time they forget chain pad, no one is telling about that complaint, after 15days chain noise is coming, I think chain is loose, that’s why the noise is like that, I take my bike a local mechanic to check that sounds, after checking he says suspension bushes changed that time they forget chainpad, after my bike talking to service center noise complaint, they agreed to changed that pad, but oil changing and service after complete your ready bike.at that same time I will checked, but still complaint is pending, I asked service person about that, he says part not available, when will we part available that time we will call u, I asked how much time will you taken, he says three days,
    Today I asked about my bike complaint, he says irresponsible answers, and one week time to taken again,
    Then I said I complaint to u and your service center, he replies to me what ever u can, i don’t care,
    So please tell me is this service center, service center is in responsable persons

  13. I Have Purchase Vehicle From Hero Authorize Dealer Rajdeep Hero Add: Nr. Bharvi Tower, N. H. No.-8, C.T.M. Cross Road, Ahmedabad on Dtd 04-Mar-2020 Model is Passion Pro 110 Vehicle no. GJ01UN3840 Engine No. JA06EUJHH24097.

    From Last 5 to 6 Services I do complain for Engine Noise and also mention in Job Card. When i start the Vehicle after 5 to 6 Hours then coming Noise from Engine for 8 to 10 Minute and before last service Continuously Noise was Coming. Also put the Vehicle with same Complain of Noise for 5 to 6 Days after service of 4 time and do Changes some Part of Engine, at time of Last Service put the bike on for 9 Days from Dtd. 05-Jan-2021 to Dtd 13-Jan-2021 as per Instruction of Supervisor they said we do Open Full Engine for check then we take Long time and also I have paid all Gasket charges related Engine (Bill Photo attached) why I should paid charges if Engine in Warranty???? In Currently Oil is Release from the Upper side of Engine (Photo Attached) and at past when I have put the vehicle after Service for Engine Noise then Supervisor said the Engine Oil level is Low and then I said to them I have do Service with your Company and also do Pay for Change Oil then what Basis you can said Oil level is Low they have no Answer and said we checking.

    My Daily Travelling is around 70 KM if any Problem related engine in the way then who is Responsible for me. I think why I am Purchased This Vehicle I had so many time Disturbing for Noise, when Noise is Come then not interest to can Travel with this Vehicle but what I can do I have only One Vehicle. I have tired at that Level If any Relative, Friend or Colleges ask for Suggest Vehicle then I am not do Preferred of Hero.

    I has so Tired with this Vehicle. If you can help then Please do. If require Engine change please do that but I Require Permanent Solution other wise I selling this Vehicle otherwise put fire of Vehicle.

  14. I HAVE PURCHASED PASSION PRO BIKE THRO MOHANA MOTORS,VELACHERY SIX MONTHS BACK. ON 02.1.21 THERE WAS OIL LEAKAGE FROM THE ENGINE. I TOOK THE BIKE TO THE SERVICE CENTER AND THE BIKE IS STILL WITH MOHANA MOTORS, THEY ARE NOT DOING NOTHING AND AVOIDING OUR PHONE CALLS. MYSELF SENT THREE EAMILS TO THE MADRAS OFFICE AND THE HEAD OFFICE TILL DATE BUT THE RESPONSE WAS NIL. VERY BAD BIKE COMPANY AND WORST SERVICE CENTER.

    I have booked Glamour on october 2020 and received on November 2020 from Chandal Automobile PATNA,BIHAR
    After running only 57 km noise had noticed from engine . I have already reported the issue to agency which has been seen to the report card of heromotocorp for resolving the issue verious times.

    Presently my vehicle has run only 1234 km and noise from engine has improve day by day.

    Presently i have approach M/S D P MOTORS, GORAKHPUR, UTTARPRADESH.
    Can a big company like HERO sell a defective piece to customer?

    I have been facing some problems in my bike like its power start (self start), it doesnt work properly its battery got refused too early nd after service it get off 2 days … I visited many times to the showroom but the problem has not yet been solved out … This has wasted a lot of time, money petrol, and give mental tention…. The owner of zaki motors has misbehaved with me and said that you can do whatever you want its not the company’s fault , its your fault that you dont know how to ride a bike or the metal (iron) didn’t suits you ….. The owner had given me a wrong dated bill of 30/3/2020 the bike was second hand nd the first owner was the owner of the zaki motors and the r.c. was further transferred into my name … I want a swift action against them and want you to resolve my problem within a week as it is troubling me soo much ….. I want my money back…..!!!!

    I NIKHIL BOSE HAS PURCHASED AN HERO X-PULSE ON 10/08/2020 FROM FOCUZ BIWHEELERS IN ERNAKULAM PANAMPALLY NAGAR KERALA 682036.I HAVE SERVICED MY BIKE SINCE DATE OF PURCHASE TILL THIS MONTH LAST SERVICE DONE, TOTALLY TILL NOW FIVE SERVICES DONE THROUGH THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE ONLY I HAVE ALL THE BILLS RECIEPTS AND ALL.ACTUALLY MY ISSUE IS ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE SINCE THE THIRD SERVICE I HAVE INFORMED THE SERVICE CENTRE,TECHNICIAN ALL THEY TRIED SERVICED THREE TIMES TILL NOW BUT MY ISSUE NOT GET SORTED SO PLEASE KINLDY RESOLVE MY BIKE’S ENGINE OIL LEAKAGE OR ELSE I WANT TO GO THROUGH LEGALLY FOR CONSUMER ISSUE..SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL..

This is to bring it your kind attention that, on 7th Feb. 2019, I purchased the Hero Splendour I smart Plus BS IV from Aswathy Motors, CV Complex, Akamala, Mullurkkara, Wadakkanchery, Thrissur – 680583 (State Code. 32) Main Dealer, Kalyan Mobikes, Puzhakkal, Thrissur. On 24 March 2021, I was travelling to Ernakulam and approximately 60 Kms passed the engine suddenly stopped and i could not continue my journey to resume duty. Immediately I called the Service team head, however no response, in spite of several attempts I could manage to share the trouble shooting with the Service Head and he advised to me to do the repair works with any of the nearest workshop. Up on inspection, it was discovered that the Valve, Camp Shaft, Rock Ram, Oil Pump & Wheel needs to replace. Subsequently I called them again and they said the above said spare parts are not available with them as well as in the local market at Kochi.
    I am surprised with the above and as of today (12 April 2021) I could not get the spare parts.
    I would appreciate it if you could advise the agent/dealer either to replace the bike or to repair it as the Engine is still under warranty period. I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.
    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. I tried to communicate with the tollfree number. However, no body is willing to listen my concerns.

    Now after about 10 DAYS of riding the bike I am deeply aggrieved by the worst performance of my bike. I have already got my bike serviced FIRST time at SINGLA AUTO AGENCIES C- 70 NEAR LABOUR CHOWK SECTOR 58 GOUTAM BUDH NAGARNOIDA UTTAR PARDESH 201307 STATE CODE 9., but SAME ISSUE of the bike is lowest of all time. Even after repeated complaints your service advisor and engineer could not repair the bike upto satisfactory level. Kindly get my bike checked thoroughly by qualified and certified service engineer and if required my bike must be replaced with new engine as I think that there is some manufacturing defect in the engine. .   33. In 2020 we buy passion pro bike . Now bike have some problem like engine off during drive & also gear shifting problem it get stuck during gear shifting. We are not satisfy with this bike

  34. I bought my new GLAMOUR BS6 bike on 12th april, 2021. My bike’s registration number is WB06U9058. The VIN of my bike is MBLJAW161MGB05850. I am facing serious problems with my new bike from the very first day as I thought that my problem will be resolved during my 1st service. I took my bike for my 1st service at VINLINE SERVICE CENTRE on 3rd june, 2021. But unfortunately the service given to me was not up to the mark. After that service I had to take my bike to service centre another two times in a week. There was one of your employee whose behaviour towards the customer was very bad. There behaviour was in such a way that they had provoked me to get angry and to take serious action. So you can check the CCTV recordings that there was arguement between us and I think that this would benefit them. The technician in that service centre told me that there will be problem and I have to adjust with that problem because this glamour bs6 has this problem. I had to go to the work but because of my bike’s problem I couldn’t and in this pandemic i won’t be able to work and for all this problem i will say that this problem is liable. I would like to conclude that the product sold to me was not worth the money. So you can get the rest of the details from the service centre itself. I would like you to please look into this matter and kindly replace my product with a fresh new product. If you coudn’t accomplish my request then i would have been left with only one option and that is I will have to take this matter to the consumer court. So i would like to request you to please resolve this matter as soon as possible and oblige

    Mai lockdown time may 2020 ch bike lai c model BS4 seplender plus jis di R.C menu haje tak nahi mili hai mai bike agency cho kai wari ja ke v poch leya hai but oh ehi kehi ja re ne ki meting honi hai RTO di but hje tak koi v solution nahi nikal reha hai tussi aap daso sano kini dikat da samna karna pe reha hai sadi te bank di EMI v apne time te cut ho rahi hai but sano koi rahat bhari gall sonan no nahi mil rahi please tussi Bs4 model lockdown te time te jo bike sale hoiya ne ohna di R.C ohna de owner no provide kariya jaan aap ji di ati kirpya howegi.

  37. I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with staff of servicing center.
    And maine baike lekar 3 month nahi huve gas kit se oil lekage ho gaya service center repairs ko diya to vaps lekage ho raha hain. And mera sokpser jate smajay aacha tha ghar leke aaya to dekh to oh bhi kharab ho gaya hain. Gadi ki service karne leke gaya tha ya kharab karne yahi nahi samaj aa raha hain .yarr aise chalata raha to koi bhi hero’se gadi nahi lega. Aagar koi pad raha hain to muje iska javab do main kya karu.

    I am Murali K were I brought hero xpluse 200 BS-6 matte grey REG No KA01JK5553 CHS no MBLLDL051LGH02096 from, SAI Motors Bangalore address No.218A, Outer Ring Rd, 2nd Block, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Banashankari, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560085. On 24th September I took delivery and then the trouble started 1st issue was oil leakage from the engine below head unit from the day 2 onwards then visited to Sai motors they have investigated and fixed it. But again the issue was repeated on head of the engine then raised issue I’m same sai motors they fixed issue in 2nd free service, once the service is done on same day night bike got turned off with battery problem in midnight called hero help like they have towed the bike to service center got fixed new battery with warranty. Now I left my bike for 4th free service at RT KRISHNA Autos No 5, 6/1, Hosur Rd, near Hp Fuels, Lavakusha Nagar, Pragathi Nagar, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100. on 24th July then another problem starts with shock absorber I wonder it’s a off roading bike how could it happen and it’s drove 8900 KM what type of the low quality is hero product producing and I have to eseculate issue to higher leave and I will take it to legal action against low quality of the product and file case against heromotocrop . And need a answer regarding poor quality which you sold to me.

I have a purchase HERO GLAMOUR BS6 MOTOR BIKE 8 MONTH AGO.NOW PROBLEM IS NOT START MOTOR BIKE. .. i sent my byke hero GLAMOUR BS6 your service center KHAN AUTOMOBILES . IT IS UNDER RUDRO AUTOMOBILE (MAIN BRANCH ).DATED ON -16.07.2021 .. STILL NOW YOUR SERVICE PARSON NOT RESPONDING ..I have contacted the showroom seven to eight times . He always says parts are not available . HER BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD. HE AGAIN & AGAIN HARASSMENT ME . i already contacted four to five times Rudro Automobile service manager . the service manager said your problem will be solved . but now presently not solve my problem.
    SO I REQUESTED PLZ SOLVE THE ISSUE SOON AS POSSIBLE ..

I deepa purchased pleasure in murugankuruchi Vijay hero tirunelveli.From day one there were many complaints in the bike.Battery failure petrol leakage etc.Next very poor service and lethogic in their work.please don’t purchase this bike especially from this showroom.Recently I went for the service they made me to wait for hours I was the only lady standing there at night.so I just walked away.such a poor service.

    Here i have bought hero spender plus BS6 model on August 2021 when I received bike that time itself I got engine noise i asked them ,. They replied TAPPING BIT sound only in second service we will adjust and give to you, then second service at 450km driven went to service center i said same problem only, they replied TAPPING BIT sound we will adjust and i give you sir it will be ok
    I received bike next day same problem engine noise they replied this new bike keep on running it will be fine
    Again 3rd service same problem engine noise only then he is saying ya it’s engine noise from crank shaft only here we won’t get spare parts go to main branch
    I went to main branch i explained everything thing I left bike on 10th March 2022 i came back no calls upto 4days
    Myself i called to service center no idea again we asked next day one of the mechanic person explained me once your bike got heated your engine noise is heavy for that we have ordered some spar parts waiting for spare parts on 18th March 2022 upto now no response again I called them they said we will get spare parts on 20th April 2022
    Now my question is there service center and showroom person no body having responsibility, communication
    Still I can’t able to drive my bike when eve your start we have to keep on acceleration they only bike will on if you loose acceleration engine I’ll off
    While driving also if put next gear engine will off speedometer not working, chain noise engine noise but no response from Hero’showroom. We have paid money for that please give us proper bike to customer orelse do good service. Please take action sir. We suffering a lot , i believe this mail that you will take proper action on them and providing to me good service and response
