Worst customer experience from Godrej Interio.Harassment. Endless phone calls to showroom, services deptt, customer care , grievances. FAULTY PRODUCT sold to me.
I want REFUND of the money spent by me , harassment charges . TAKE BACK your sofa cum bed and REFUND the money to me.

I got my modular kitchen paying four and half lakhs plus.
Within a month, a lose stud of the steel drawers was missing, where we keep washed plates.
Then, the drawer tilted on one side.
Now this whole cabit has become useless.
When I met the dealer in koramangal, Bangalore, first his authoritative saying was, how come we lost?
Then he promised me that he would get it, but now after 8 mpnths , je says it’s not abailable.
I cant loosen the cabinetand it’s built with other cabinets.
I WANTED TO USE OT AS A SHOE RACK TO SHOW THE WORLD, to show that what happens a company like Godrej, can not provide a spare part.

I had purchases a ‘Slimline Blend 3 Door Steel Almirah’ with order no. 120242060947. The item was delivered on 24 Nov 2020. The service person came on 26th Nov for fitment/installation. He opened the product for assembly. After the installation/fitment, when I saw the almirah, I found that the assembly is not done properly. There are scratches on almirah at some places. The alignment is not proper at many places. I have called the customer care but still waiting for somebody to come to resolve the issue.
I have pent 38122/- rupees on this almirah. If the customer get such product/service then it’s very sad. I kindly request you to resolve the issue or return/replace the product with a new one.
I had purchased a king size bed from Kolkata Park St outlet but to my surprise I found that a king size bed has a warranty period. Repeated calls to service head goes unanswered. I had got a mail reply that I need to pay to repair the bed whose lamination is getting chipped off from all books and corner and is in tapered shape , which to my understanding is a result of bad quality of product used for lamination. I tried to get the head of service number but was declined by the customer service desk.
I had lodged a service request No.K1702451373 on dtd 17/02/21 for assembling my sliding door wardrobe item description 30161803SD00346 and my chocolat King Bed Dark Walnut item description 56101515SD00168 which I had got dismantled after lodging service request K0602419224 since I was transferred from Kolkata to Siliguri. To my utter surprise the service request was closed without attending to the same and nobody bothered to contact me to tell the reason for the same. On contacting the customer care they said the job has again been assigned to local dealer. But I have not received any new service request number. This shows the level of apathy of after sales and service of organization like Godrej.

I have buyed Godrej Almirah Product from Godrej Interio 11 Biren Ray Road Behala Chowrasta Kolkata 700008. Product delivered on 23rd March and for installation they have arrieved 26 th march i,e respond time is 144 hours. Now they have find fault on the product hence did n’t installed and asked for product replacement. Replacement No provided 6290175013. They have called and asked for 2 weeks time for replacement. Such a bad service unorganised company I have not seen in my life. Can you expect such type of service in todays world.
This is regarding the purchase of Godrej auraline woman basic Almirah purchased at Rajapuri road, New Delhi ,showroom of Interio for the marriage purpose of my sister. Order confirmation form no is 226554.
The purchase was made on October 31, 2021. The product was delivered on November 4, 2021.
The installation guy came and informed that this Almirah’s door has size mismatch issue, hence they could not be installed. The same was informed to concerned team. Next another installation guy was sent to fix it, he reported the same Issue. Even after extensive follow up, we got another installation guy visit us to address the issue. From the start, it was not the incompetence of installation team but it was the product part quality issue. Despite that what we have been getting is visit of installation person only, while the replacement / exchange of the defective parts is postponed till now, causing us mental as well as social harassment.
What pains the most is even after one month, the issue has not been resolved. We have got an email that this issue is going to take another time of 2-3 week duration.
It’s really terribly disappointing that we trusted the brand to have hassle free and smooth experience, and what we got is numerous follow ups with customer care, visit to the Interio showroom in the hope of resolution of the same.
You must suggest us what are we supposed to do now. We want this to resolve before the marriage or we want a refund, so that we can manage another almirah before the marriage takes place.
Being a reputed organization, the mail id mentioned for service support ‘nsh.interio@godrej.com’ is pitiful. Even after reminding time and again, not a single mail has been received. Is it fake????
