    I am a plus member of Flipkart. I received your sms on 1stSeptember 2020 at 2.05. a.m. saying my plus membership is renewed for one year. I am attaching the screenshot of the same sms here. But I am not able to use it as my account is being blocked by you since last 9 months with no fault of mine.

    Its been 9 months my account is blocked sir. I want to see my old orders, gift wallet amount, and warranty period of the phones I bought. I am not able to see anything as my account is blocked since last 9 months. Every time I get a message that we have escalated your issue to our team and that our team will call u but there is not a single call from your team in last 9 months. I have complained about this blocked issue to your customer care for around 50 times and no solution till date.

    There was no fault of mine sir. I have ordered around 9-10 items together and I didn’t like them so I have returned few of them. I had returned few orders as all those items were well under the 30 day return policy. No other reasons than this of my account getting blocked.

    This happened in first week of February and its October now. I have called the customer care number so many times and all I get to hear from them is we cannot help you, as we can’t access your account, we can simply forward your complain to our technical team and the technical team will mail you and you will have to reply to that mail. I have mailed so many times to your technical team, till now I have replied around 30 times but no solution till now. Every time, I just get a system mail in reply to my complain mail, that due to unusual numbers of returns we have blocked your account so u will no longer be able to log into your account. Every time I get the same system mail from different technical team members. Your technical staff simply sent a system mail even without reading what complain the customer has? I just get a same system mail to all my mails with different executives’’ names every time.

    My account unnecessarily got blocked and I was given 16thof February as deadline to solve the problem I am facing. I got An SMS from you that “we have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 16thFebruary, 6.00 pm. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679” and now its 5thOctober today and still there is no solution from your side, not a single call back from your side.

    I also had 4 returns issues; I got the same SMS from you saying, “We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 10th, 11th, and 14thFebruary. You will get a call from a number starting with +9180679”

    I have saved every single correspondence from your side where you have given me assurance to solve my return issue by 10th, 11thand 14thof February and the account block issue by 16thof February by 6 pm. Today 9 months and still no resolution and call back from your side about any of my above mentioned problems. Forget about getting any calls from your side till today about the return issues, there is not even a single call about the account block issue.

    Sir, how can my account get permanently blocked? At the most you could have rejected my returns and blocked my account for a temporary period. There has to be a time limit. The customer has waited almost for long 9. Last time I got the sms that our team will call u by 12th June n today its5thOctoberno call from your team in this 9 month. How to see my wallet money? Even f its one rupee, I should be allowed to see it, I should be allowed to see all my orders and warranty period of the phones I have ordered. But I can’t do anything.

    Is this the reward you have given me of being a loyal and a plus customer of flipkart. If customer has placed bulk orders, and if she don’t like any single product from that bulk orders, she will definitely returns all those orders as they were all well within the 30 day return policy. How could you block her account without her consent when she is exercising her right to return items under the 30 day return policy? This experience has such a disturbing effect that I even get scared to have online shopping from other sites.

    Its been 9 months I am tired of approaching u. Please give me solution. Help me and unblock my account as soon as possible. Have some humanity sir. its like a mental torture I am going through since months as with no fault of mine my account is blocked by you.

    I am attaching the screenshots of the messages and the same system mail replies and see that your technical staff is not at all reading the genuine mails and just send the same system mails with different staff names.

    Please unblock my account so that I can continue shopping. This time please don’t disappoint me sir and unblock my account at the earliest.

    I have bought LG FHD1057SWS 10.5Kg/7kg washer Dryer and it was worth 56k Rs The product was delivered on 12 November and I tried To return it bcz it was having body dents on one side .
    When I tried to return They are not giving me any refund that too within 10 days return policy but they are not returning and simply making false allegations against me that I have returned more number of item and also blocked my Id instead of solving problems and phone callers are just singing that old Sory song It’s my free advice please don’t buy anything from Flipkart

    Hope you guys are doing well.

    I’ve ordered a phone, order id is OD122252045938178000.
    Today was delivery of the phone, phone came to us but there was lots of complaints regarding your services.

    Complaints are-

    1- Delivery boy was very disappointed, his name is Mr Ganesh and his contact number is +917052054321. He didn’t come to my location.

    2- He called me for come to 5km for receive your order on my previous order.

    3- During exchange my old phone he was forcing me for dent on phone but there’s nothing on my phone. Near charging point there’s very small dot which is not too much visible, for that he was forcing.

    4- After exchange the phone amount was 11249rs but delivery boy asked for 11800rs just because of dent. I hope there’s no charge like 550rs for dent as per your exchange checklist.

    5- I’ve asked for digital payment but he clearly denied for Google pay, he said i don’t take any digital payment, give me only cash. When forcefully dent shows in his app then delivery boy was showing me QR cade for the payment for pay 14000rs something.

    6- Delivery boy was too rude, he was talking about the caste. Our caste is same and all. Everyone is same caste in our Flipkart office Bansi.He said come to my office and collect your order from there and talk to my manager for the dent and about the policies.

    These are my complaints.

    Now coming to the company side.

    1-If your delivery boy is not able to come to my location then why are you accepting my order. Why i’ve to go 5 kilo meters for receive my order. Kindly take action for the same and do the needful.

    2- If your exchange policy is saying something then how could change the policies a delivery boy. How could delivery boy take extra money (In cash) without my approval. How delivery boy could decide price of anything of the product without consult with the company.

    3- How could delivery boy deny for digital payment without any server problem. I’ve asked for Google pay payment but he clearly denied for digital payment and said very rudely i take only cash if you are not giving cash then come to my office and collect your order after contact my manager. If i’ve order anything to any location then why should i collect my order at any office.

    4- Do you guys take order after asking the caste??( i.e. Our caste is same and all. Everyone is same caste in our Flipkart office Bansi.) You guys are delivering anything or checking caste of the customer.

    5- I’ve called on customer care number and arranged a call from your side but without resolve my problem call disconnected then again arranged call, same problem also in another call recieved a miss call from your side. I’ve asked for your mail id then without provide any mail id call was disconnected.

    Kindly check my problems and revert to me with solution and i’ll tweet also for the same. I’ll suggest to my relatives that don’t order through flipkart from today onwards because if everything will be ok then delivery boy will create any problem and will demand extra money for exchange without any reason.

  36. our order Samsung Galaxy F12 (SKY BLUE) Order id OD122067235966569000 dt 16.6.21 was promised delivery on 21.6.21 and again postponed to 26.6.21 but the parcel went to Uluberia godown on 20th (was lying in
    Bhiwandi 17th to 20th morning) and 25th June morning when I called your
    customer care no, she could not explain the reason for sending it to
    uluberia and very doubtful whether it would be delivered tomorrow
    evening in Coimbatore. She also said that she did not have any access
    to email etc and she can raise a complaint only tomorrow evening by 7
    p.m. On 26th, they cancelled the order on their own and refunded the money. The offer price is not available now and I have to pay a higher price. They wanted me to rebook and promised to give the diff as reward points which I did not agree and subsequently asked me to book and call thru toll free no so that they can adjust the on line order price for my account and I can pay exactly the same price as paid earlier. But this also never happened. Also they promised if i do not re order within next 5 working days from 25/6/21, I would be credited with 1000 reward points free. Again this also never happened. So i decided to file a case claiming suitable compensation for the mental agony and sufferings as there is no point in believing further Flipkart. I recorded all my telecon and the same were sent to customer care, ceo,outreach@flipkart.com.

  37. I’ve purchased 1.5 tons 5 star dual invertor LG AC. I’ve ordered 4 way swings AC, they delivered me 2 way swing machine. They have fraud with me.   39. My order ID is OD12231409563732000. My mobile number is 8765513896 and email IDmailtoalokkumar@gmail.com. Address: 3/329, Vivekkhand Gomtinagar Lucknow, Pin Code 226010. I placed an order for this AC on 13/07/2021. The product is defective and confirmed during installation. The technician convince to me to give the installation and said ” I do the complain”. I paid the installation fee to the technician and his team but. I think he did not report it to you as an incomplete installation. I have discussed my issue with customer care. He/she raised the complaint but the technician does not agree to visit for approval for return. Further, replacement approved without technical visit and replacement order delivered on 07/08/2021 which is installation and demo due date. Today (10/08/2021) technician visited for installation and he opened the indoor box and indoor unit attached or hung it on the wall). Technicians left both units open and scattered (Photos attached). During the installation technician’s boss (Mr. Sumit Pandey Mobile no. 8090251580) called him to not install AC without taking the installation fee. During replacement the customer care told me not to pay the installation fee again because I am already paid (recording attached). Furthermore, I have talked to circle manager of Farrukhabad (Mr. Sachin Mobile No.7777074217 )but he forced me to pay the installation fee again. During this process I spend a lot of time and the whole delay process giving pain physically and mentally. It takes approximately one month. If replacement takes one month. It should be made clear during replacement. I discussed my issue with customer care many times but did not resolve my problems. Now, I am very dissatisfied with your service. I want either installation without paying installation fee or complete refund including installation fee. Please do the needful.

    for my order they had given 3 promise date its for more than 15 days, finally when all my payment process done by bank and the EMI process fee and all taken by bank the flipkart cancel my order without any intimation . very worst support . the phone was book for a student for his education purpose .

I bought office table from Flipkart and it came damaged…I raised complaint 6-7 times but they didn’t respond customer service of Flipkart said it will get picked up 3days later and so on….but no response…it is really disturbing my mental health…I am surely filing a complaint at consumer court and will take claim as well…and after that I will uninstall Flipkart forever from my Phone. I really want to support Indian e-commerce but if things are like that with Flipkart I will surely go for Amazon from now on.

Myself Rajesh Kumbar, i have ordered Samsung F23 mobile, when i checked in the phone while delivery time , in that there is no charger & data cable wire, i reject & sent back with that delivery person, but still now i have not my money back after following many times,there is no responses from the team.

    Please don’t purchase online.

    This is Nixon I have lost 18990₹ from my wallet and my account got inactive tried to get help with ur executive but all are rude and denied to help. This is an old account I think almost 4-5yrs may be I never faced any issue in my previous experience but after adding gift voucher to my wallet all of sudden my account got compromised somebody order a samsung watch worth of ₹18990 at 12:57am i didn’t even get any mail or MSG and also I was sleeping next day morning I received my idli maker which I ordered on 14th June as the product was different from wat I ordered so I tried login to account and it said inactive I was shocked and called ur customer support they said it’s a technical glitch no need to worry sometimes it happens and they asked me to send my Id proof at outreach@flipkart.com. I also asked about the security as I got a MSG of 7641rs deducted from my account they said no need to worry all ur wallet balance is safe and they raised a replacement of my idli maker..(u can also check the call record).
    And next day I got a call that ur account is active and u can use now as I logged into my account I found ₹18990 is vanished order got delivered and I called ur support end no of times they just kept in hold and disconnected the call and clearly said that order is delivered we can’t do anything this is ur problem….and after everything again late night again the same thing repeat,I called the customer support and got that order cancel

    My question is who the hell is sharing the data how somebody can access my account and how he knows my wallet data this is not at all coincidence m sure you understand.

    I want my complete refund ASAP is some other mode not into my wallet coz it’s not at all safe even.

  48. flipkart is a hell for customer support. TIPS to get your work done.

    always dial their support number and ask to connect to higher authority and then discuss the matter. keep contacting until they fix the issues. Their cs, cs-head, grievance etc emails are dustbin. Emails go their and die.

  49. I am going to file a court case against flipkart. Very bad customer service … I ordered a product on March 21, 2023 with advance payment. I have not received the product yet. But they say the product was given to me. Even though I have complained many times, they have not called me or given any proof till now. I don’t think there is any other online company that bothers and irritates the customer without solving the problem despite having such advanced technology. No one should don’t buy from Flipkart. Especially don’t give the money in advance.
