I am hereby enclosing the application of disconnection of landline No 2842266 H-129 Sector 12 Pratap Vihar address.As landline remain unfunctional as there is no staff to look after the services.I have visited many times Pratap vihar exchange as no one was there to receive the complaint etc. I have also tried to submit the disconnection application at Pratap vihar Exchange ,I could not find any person to receive the application .So I am hereby submitting the same to your office for disconnection of land line no 2842266.

I note that Circulars from Corporate, regarding development of sales & market-share are written to the CGMs whose teams are supposed to pass on to the Franchisees and Agents of different types . They do . They , however, do not respond back when one complains about ‘No help’ or ‘Could not care less attitude’ of the executives and operating officers .
Recently , two Circulars were released in end August regarding MNP Com-increase (effective 01.09.2020) and replacement of sims by the Agents/DSAs . The added COM did not come through cTop . Is it instant ?
Besides, those Circulars were signed by DGM, Mr. V K Sharma . Am email ID, ddg_sales@bsnl.co.in reveals the office these were released from . ONE WRITES BACK TO THAT EMAIL ID , TO THANK OR INFORM A POINT , BECOMES FUTILE AS THE MAILS BOUNCE BACK . i DO NOT KNOW , WHY DOES IT HAPPEN SO . IS THAT A WRONG EMAIL ID PRINTED ON THE LETTERHEADS ?

My sister Smt Sunita Teckchandani a pensioner of MTNL MUMBAI PPO No. 33709 Pensioner code 222005031406822 expired on 12/9/2018 leaving behind her only son DEEPAK TECKCHANDANI who was maintained and looked after by her ( physically,financially,morally and emotionally)
Now this poor child is struggling for survival as he has no one to look after and somehow we are finding it very difficult to maintain him’
I have applied and submitted all the documents to MTNL kandivali S.V.road Mumbai branch.
Inspite of fulfilling all their conditions and submitting all the document ,they are sitting on my file for last ten months for reasons best known to them, their queries are getting unending reflecting their intention to stop the pension of a deprived child at any cost .
I have been running from pillar to post to get his pension sanctioned but I feel that these people are bent upon to harass and torture me .
I request your goodself to kindly intervene and help me on compassionate grounds to immediately start the pension of DEEPAK TECKCHANDANI who is the only beneficiary of his mother.

I have booked a broad band connection on 13/11/21,I paid all amount, but I am very very disappointed with the service my voice is not working yet. I have called all the consultant person but no use, Please tell me what can I do.no one gives the satisfied answer.
Being honest and genuine Tax payers, I really wonder why the finance min ister should allocate tousands of crores of rupees for the rejuvenation of BSNL. They have, of late, handed over the fault rectification to private vendors. But, none of the complaints are attended by them putting the honest customers in deep trouble. Complaints were escalated to the top management and despite several reminders, they dont even acknowledge the communications leave aside trying to solve it. Definitely some of our elected MPs should flag this issue of utterly irresponsible BSNL activities in the parliment. Accountability should be fixed and erring officials should be penalised. I am trying to raise the issue with the Minister of Telecommunications and also the Finance Minister. No meaning in funding an organisation such as BSNL with totally insensitive, reduntant and easy going staff right from the top level management drawing hefty pay packets for not doing their assaignments.

My complaint was not attended but the external wire connecting my phone was all removed by the staff and they are forcing me to opt for broad band connection When they do not give me proper connection and service they are sending me regular monthly bill for Rs 400 and forcing me to pay immediately .What a pathetic condition of BSNL now and continuous harassment to genuine customers.
