    I am a current account holder in your vijay nagar branch indore name as Gramin India Agri BusinesT as well as three saving accts .
    And various rural brach accounts in bank of India .
    As I am holding accounts since 2011. And than since as a start-up I required various times for loans and cc limit but I didn’t get a proper response.
    Now I just want to close all my accounts as well as my family persons 7 accounts in your branch .
    This is just hopeless to continue with boi.

      But I’m handicapped and handicapped pension bhi aata tha but total freaze account hone ke karan reject ho ja rha h.

    It is very sad to say that as an informed citizen and a bank account holder, the ATM machine at the Bank of India branch in Akhbarnagar, Ahmadabad has been shut down for the last seven months and the air-conditioned machine has been shut down for the last six months. Verbal complaints have been made to the branch manager repeatedly and no reply has been received from them yet.
    Further stating that since the inauguration of this branch we, the applicant and all our members have been the account holders of this bank and our long term deposits are also deposited in this branch.
    The behavior of the newly arrived staff and the behavior of the head of the branch is very bad when we visit this branch for the last few days regarding the work of our deposits.
    The reputation of this well-known bank in India seems to be declining due to such staff and authority.
    I would like to draw your attention to the fact that we are very old account holders of this bank and we should not have a bad experience with anyone else in the future. We have also seen in the past that the present officer and employee are behaving very badly with other account holders and you can see the footage of your branch about that. With this I am sending a recent photo which we request you to take very strict action. If no action is taken by you to investigate our complaint, we will have to withdraw the deposits of us and all the other members of our family in this branch and go to another bank.

  16. सर आपके बैंक में मेरा चालू खाता है। जिसकी खाता संख्या 625110110010118 है। सर जब मैंने PMJJY और PMSBY के लिए बैंक में कोई आवेदन ही नही दिया तो फिर मेरा खाता से Rs 258 और 12 रुपया जबरदस्ती स्कीम चार्ज क्यों काटा गया ? अगर मेरा प्रॉब्लम का सॉल्यूशन कर के मेरा पैसा वापस नहीं किया गया तो मैं कोर्ट तक जाऊंगा। बहुत अपने आप को बैंक वाले क्या समझ रखा है।जब हमने फॉर्म भरने से इनकार किया और वापस फॉर्म दे दिया और ना ही हमे आवेदन के लिए सिग्नेचर किया तो बैलेंस जबरजस्ती क्यों काटा गया। इतना चूतिये लोग को बैंक में क्यों रखा जा रहा है । बस इसलिए की गरीब मजदूर का शोषण करे साले लोग । मेरी मर्जी मैं जो स्कीम नही चलाना चाहते तो क्या कोई जबरजस्ति है जो मेरा खाता से पैसा काट रहा है सूअर लोग।

    I am a senior Citizen aged 72 years, and have a joint account with BOI, Paschim Vihar Branch, New Delhi. The first account Holder name is RUCHI GANDHI, with my name, RAVINDRA GANDHI, as 2nd account holder. Savings A/C no is : 605410310000076
    This account was declared “Dormant” due to non-operation. This was because of Covid restrictions. I have applied to activate my account to the branch, with all KYC documents on 14th Feb 2022. (a/c no 605410310000076).
    We are told that all our documentation is perfect, but DELAY is due to system error.
    Even till today this work has not been done. Does it take days and days for a BIG & IMPORTANT BANK to solve this issue? Senior Citizens like me who can hardly walk are suffering.
    I have a medical emergency for my wife for which I need to use an amount of Rs. 70,000/- on an urgent basis (there is sufficient balance in the account.).
    Can my KYC work be done promptly, so that we can operate our account immediately?

    If the delay continues, I would like to close my other big account in the same branch and open an account in some private bank for better response.

  23. Shall I tell you one think sir, there is money transfer to London in 2009 to 2010 by boi to bells college in London. They haven’t got second payment of that account. The name is Fenal rasiklal patel. Just check it up once and how is it possible,the transfer on boi at Bells college at illford at London.just check it up once.

    With due regards it is stated that I have linked my Bank Account 678010110003539 IFSC BKID0006780 with my UAN (Universal Account Number)
    allotted by EPFO. I have linked this on 21-04-2023 and the same has gone to the Bank for verification. The status is shown till now that “verification is under process”. This would be verified by the bank automatically online within two-three days. But after passing of sixteen days the same is pending at bank level.

    It is requested to look into the matter, that why the process is so delayed on the bank server.

    APPLICATION FOR REDEMPTION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY ALLEGEDLY AUCTIONED BY THE RESPONDENT BANK IN AUCTION
    1. The Applicant in the abovementioned case, most humbly begs to submit that the Respondent No.1 has allegedly auctioned the subject property on 25/12/2020. The Applicant is desirous of redeeming the subject property by offering an extra premium after matching the bid that has been finalised by the Respondent Bank.However, the said property has not been mortgaged by the applicants.
    2. It is pertinent to mention that the Hon’ble Civil Judge Senior Division Akola had stayed the auction proceedings in the R.C.S. No. 216/2020 vide order dated 02/11/2020 and 25/11/2020. The Respondent Bank has gone for the auction the same which was against the said restraining order dated 02/11/2020 and 25/11/2020 passes by Hon’ble Civil Judge Senior Division Akola. That the respondent Bank disobeyed the said restraining order and continue the said auction proceedings. Therefore, a case under the Contempt of Court Act is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Civil Judge Senior Division Akola bearing M.J.C. No. 1072/2020. That the Hon’ble Supreme Court has settled law in this regard that the respondent Bank shall not continue the said auction proceeding by disobeying the restraining order dated 02/11/2020 and 25/11/2020 which was restrained by Hon’ble Civil Judge Senior Division Akola.
    3. That the Hon’ble Supreme Court has settled law in this regard vide a catena of decisions that in case the Applicant who is the owner of the subject property proposes to redeem the subject property then the Respondent Bank is duty bound to let the borrower exercise his right of redemption, since the same does not prejudice the rights of the Bank but on the other hand protects the right of the owner of the property as guaranteed under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India .
    4. Thus, in view of the law well settled by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the land mark case of Mathew Verghese, it has been held that the right to redeem the subject property in favour of the alleged mortgagor exists till the deed of conveyance is registered in favour of the auction purchaser.However the said property has not been mortgaged by the applicants.
    5. It is submitted that the Physical possession of the subject property is with the Applicantsand as such the balance of convenience is in favourof the applicants.
    6. That the respondent bank has issued the notice through Tahsildar Akola on 06/07/2023 for taking the physical possession of the property scheduled on 25/07/2023. Therefore to protect the right of applicants in the property, without admitting anythingand without prejudice to the legal rights of the applicants, they are redeem the property reserving their legal rights.
    7. It is submitted that no prejudice would be caused to the RespondentBank since the Applicants are ready to match the bid amount to the Respondent Bank. That the respondent Bank could not proceed the said auction sale and possession of the property which is stayed by Hon’ble Civil Judge Senior Division, Akola In R.C.S. NO. 216/2020 on 02/11/2020 and 25/11/2020.
    8. The Applicant herewith begs to rely upon the such authorities of the Hon’ble Courts as filed with the instant Application in testimony of the aforesaid contentions and seek redemption of the subject property.

    It is thus most humbly and very respectfully submitted that the instant Application be allowed by this Hon’ble Tribunal and the following order may kindly be passed by this Hon’ble Tribunal: – 1. To issue directions to the Respondent No.1 Bank to allow the Applicant to deposit amount the auction price of the subject property and get the subject property redeemed and / or. 2. Stay all the further actions with respect of the alleged auction dated 25/11/2020 including the stay on effect and operationof the order passed by the District Magistrate, Akola and the Tehsildar
    Akola withrespect to the forcible delivery of possession ofthe subjectproperty.
    3. Pass any such other order this Hon’ble Tribunal may deem fit to be passed in the given facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.

    Topic :- Main issues in the ongoing litigation regarding my properties in detail.
    1. The bank has filed a case challenging the stay order received by me that the stay order should be canceled and the things said by the court in that stay order are wrong. On the contrary, the order given by the court is correct and there is no competent evidence that my property is mortgaged to the bank or that I am a surety or that we have mortgaged the property anywhere. The bank showing a bond of Rs. 100/- as mortgage is fundamentally wrong. Because by filing an undertaking on a bond paper of Rs.100/- no mortgage can be effected.
    2. The person who has taken the bond paper is Rajgure and in the details in the bond paper Ulhas Joshi is shown as the proprietor of Saikrupa whereas M/s Hotel Saikrupa is a partnership firm having two partners so it is necessary to check basically whether the documents filed are correct or not. .
    The lawyers of the bank repeatedly told the court that the property sold by them is a right action and that action has been taken with the aim of depositing public money in the bank quickly. This is often said but the truth is the opposite and the said property is an attempt to recover the property by disposing of the property and then disposing of the property in order to prevent any kind of recovery from the wrongful loan case by some officers of the bank. are also
    1. 1. 4,81,000,000/- out of the loan sanctioned on January 2013 which was supposed to be split between 3 companies.

    But like the previously approved loan approval letter on which I have signed as a guarantor, the above three names were included in the approval letter, but in reality the amount given by the bank has been distributed to wrong people and the bank says that later the industry failed.
    Out of the money distributed by them, 85,00,000/- is to Sarvajna Dairy and the remaining money
    1. Premier Machinery, Mumbai and
    2. Gomti Milk and Food.
    When asked by the police for the money transferred to his account, the bank says that it was due to the malpractice of the bank manager, but if all the accounts of the bank have been seen and in today’s computer age, if the money has gone into any account by mistake or with the connivance of a corrupt authority. If so, the senior officers monitoring that bank and all the officers sanctioning this loan case are suspected today and I am fighting their misdeeds as they are trying to weaken me financially by destroying my property i.e. selling it, so this case is against me bank. But there is some corrupt official against me. I humbly request the court to take proper notice of this type of law and recover the fees of the lawyers who are working at the expense of the banks from the corrupt officials so that public money is saved.
    According to the bank, I was a guarantor in the bank to some extent and I accept that but the bank did not pay even a single rupee to the correct machine dealer and construction engineer that I was told, this is straight up violation of the contractor, for which I paid to whomever I told. How can I become his zamindar as he has not gone and also the case in court today is a matter of property at my level and according to the bank I have mortgaged that property in the bank and its documents are in their possession but in fact the original documents of my properties are with me and also my 7- 12. There is no encumbrance of any kind on today, so how does he have the right to sell my property and if the bank shows that he has the mood document, I myself am ready to give possession of my property and the expenses incurred till date so that this matter can be settled immediately and public money is paid. The loss will be avoided but if the bank does not have any such document, I request the bank to close the case after apologizing to me
    The bank continued the sale process even after the first adjournment taken by me and when I asked them for an answer in this matter, they said that the civil court has no such authority and in the first adjournment it has only been mentioned that the property should not be damaged or come into this property. Therefore, we said that we can sell this property, even after the court gave an order to postpone the sale of the property and suspend the auction process, after that the sale process was completed. The bank realizes how much it needs
    My case is not Bank of India vs. M/s Hotel Sai Krupa (Ulhas Joshi, Alok Joshi) (Partners) but M/s Hotel Sai Krupa vs. some senior officers of the bank who today hold the position of Zonal Manager, General Manager. It is the opposite. However, I also humbly request the bank to immediately remove such corrupt officers and investigate them and recover the loan from them so that public money can get due justice and raise the image of the bank.
