I am Anshul Singh Saini, purchased 03 Spectacles from your Store at Udaipur Rajasthan in the month of October 2020. There are so many scratches visible on both the lenses of my spectacles. When i approached your store, they said that we can’t help you. Company is not responsible for these scratches and it is beyond company’s policy. I want to ask you why there is no policy mentioned in your store, even warranty and guarantee, there is no information printed even on receipts, card etc. Please take necessary action, if you I will be left with no option byt to file case against you in honorable Consumer Court.

One staff named “Prashant Soni” has shouted and arrogant behaviour against me.Is it a proper wat to talk to customer ?,How you are training the staff to speak to a customer ?
Scenario is here:— I asked for service of my watch,he said technician leave due to his relative death,I asked him where i have to go and I purchased this watch regular having complaints and frustrated.Suddenly he got tempered and shouted against me.If I spent little more time then he will beat me also.
Its pathetic and we are a regular customer of that showrooom ,all depawali seasons we purchased lot of gifts from that shop.

My wife had an eye check up at your store at patia, Bhubaneswar ,Odisha and we had ordered for a specs with Maxima Progressive lens received on 10th July.Sales order no. TBHP025732. She has been using progressive lens since more than 20 years from Laurence & Mayo, GKB and finally from Himalaya. It was our bad luck that we trusted Titan and we are repenting for it. The round objects are looking oval. We spent about an hour today at your store but they could not rectify it.I have absolutely no faith on them. I had purchased a titan watch from M/s World of Titan (Karol Bagh) dated 01-07-2023 vide Invoice No.24TKBN100002017.
From the beginning I have been facing several issues with this watch such as moisture in the watch, stop working, lock not working, scratches on glass & stain on watch chain etc.
There are manufacturing defects in this watch therefore moisture is coming in the water resistant watch.
Please replace my watch with another watch.
