I have purchased Amaron Battery with inverter from local dealer at Faridabad in June 2021. The battery AMARON 04/21 & no is DFA2917V109229/AAM CR AR200TT54. Last week, I found a complaint about non working of inverter and lodged a complaint with inverter toll free number. The technician informed me regarding non functioning of battery. Immediately I contacted the seller of the battery and he has put this battery on charge at my residence for two days.
But when power supply breakdown in our area on 23.10.21, this unit was again not working. There was ZERO back up in the battery. I lodged a complaint with toll free no 18004254848 on 23.10,2021 with SR no 2110585414 regarding the battery. This complaint msg provided me technician contact no 9911746680 namely Mr. Suraj. I immediately contacted the said person but I was shocked to listen the answer from that technician. He told me that he will not attend this complaint as he has some issue with Amaron. I immediately reverted back to the customer care no 18004254848. I was told that my complaint will be resolved on monday. But till monday evening none of the technician visited my residence.
The purpose of installing inverter is to get uninterrupted power supply and my complaint is still not resolved till this moment. Few minutes back a technician visited my residence and after checking the battery he told me that he will take this battery with him without providing any alternate battery.
I wish to know is this the standard of service provided by Amaron ? My complaint is still pending to be resolved till this moment 23.10.2021.
Please look into the matter and take corrective measures in this regard.
My name is Flt Lt Ashish Kumar Jain and I am a retired Officer from Indian Air Force. I had purchased Amaron battery in Dec 2019 from a nearby authorised dealer in New Delhi for my Scorpio Car. All of a sudden the battery stopped working. I took it to dealer and he said after one day that battery has become bad and would need replacement and it would cost Rs 4800/-. I am surprised that the battery just went dead all of a sudden in just 26 months whereas it carries a 44 months warranty. I was told this this is the best battery and would last atleast 5 years.
I then requested your service team to consider a free warranty replacement as a special gesture as this is a premature product failure of this this repute. I had purchased this battery for Rs 3900. In warranty replacement I am offered Rs 4800. What is the meaning of having a warranty when you have to pay more than the market price for replacement. I had heard a lot on Amaron Good quality of batteries and here it goes dead in just 26 months inspite of having a 44 months warranty. It shows poor product quality and service management. I am very unhappy with Amaron batteries and shall like to take up with your senior management on serious quality issues and policies. There is actually no meaning of prorata warranty as it costs more than a new battery. It’s like making fool of the novice customers. I would like to address my grievances on poor product quality and service gestures. When requested to escalate the issue your team refused saying they have no authority. I dont think I will ever use Amaron battery or ever recommend to anybody.

I purchased your company battery for Inverter at my Home for household usage purpose on 13-04-2019 with 3 years warrranty ( i.e within 36 moinths free replacement and prorata for succeeding 24 months). I purcahsed it from A1 Batteries, Gannavaram, Krishna District, A.P. The Battery has not been working well for the past several months and inverter & battery could not support even a small Load like one fan and one tubelight. And the battery functioning stopped completely on 21-02-2022 and I approached the Local dealer for Free Replacement as the battery is in warranty period. But he refused my request and told me that he will service it and keep it on overnight charging. he said this will do the purpose without replacement. he charged me around Rs. 1300/- for service and installed it in my home on 28-02-2022. the battery worked for few days and its functioning has decreased considerably and the battery is unable to support even a single fan and tubelight for 5 minutes now.
In this regard, i request you to kindly provide me with a new inverter battery as it is still in the warranty period at the earliest. As it is summer, we are facing frequent power cuts and as I have a kid with acute health problems, I request you to provide me with a new inverter battery at the earliest.
Sir, I purchased amara raja battery thinking it is a good company that produces quality products and good aftersales service. But my experience with the dealer, so far is not good enough. Plz redress the issue at the earliest

I am today 09/01/2023
My vehicle’s battery was replaced by Mathew Auto Elate Work, an Amaron dealer in Vellangallur. Its warranty card and invoice are also attached. I want its GST bill. When asked about the GST bill, he says there is no such thing. I have given him the old battery of my vehicle. I feel he has cheated me. I don’t understand anything after seeing this bill. I don’t know how such a big company can have such bad type of sub dealers. Please give me a solution for this.
