    I am applying for a current account on January at Axis Bank, khordha branch, Odisha, and Rs. 5000.00 (five thousand) will be debited from my account on 28 February 2020 but still now my account is not open. I don’t get any answer from the branch.

    On the date of 13/06/2020 Rupees 6861 and 11/07/2020 Rupees 6537.76 have been debited from my account with out any intimation. When I gone to bank to inquire about the details of debit in my account, branch manager Mr. RAJAPANDIAN did not give me respect and didn’t provide proper information, I am very much worried about this issue and kindly I request you to help me in any way and refund my money and provide proper service for us from bank side and kindly take action on that manager Mr. RAJAPANDIAN because his misbehaviour affected me very badly… Once again I request you to refund the amount..

    Does anyone received any solutions from here, even after reaching to Branch employees are not able to sought out my issue from 45 days, in online ye log kay khak denge. Certain employees tho simply at at the branch and waste the time.
    these bankers do not understand the pain of customer in this critical stage, these bankers are blood suckers bloody hell.

    • Every Time They detect money and when i ask the reason they do not reply any thing. i thing they recover fraud amount with normal people like us.
      i send email to nodal officer PNO email as well but they do not reply i from another city directly i can go and customer care suggest to me that visit Branch and every month this Bank detect 1 thousand and i can’t stop acc because EMI going on with that account if any one can suggest me any thing best soluation plz.

This is to inform you that due to Covid pandemic there is no income flow and I am withdrawing money from all my savings and as today axis bank Pvt Ltd has debited 41850 rupees from my savings account without informing me. As my elderly parents and family are dependent upon me so if in Covid anything happens then axis bank Pvt Ltd would be liable and I will blame axis bank Pvt Ltd as murdering organization.

    I have a salary account in axis bank last 8,9 years , This month without any information they cut my PL EMI and also put my salary account in lien then I have put updated the PL EMI then after 4,5 days bank send the credit bill and call me when you will pay the credit card dill then I have told that due to covid-19 one of my family member job is cut so please give me a time to pay as per Supreme Court has extended the moratorium, Without any inform again bank has put my salary account in lien and showing -19000. Then I have arranged the money and put the amount in my salary account that my account is showing in normal.
    When I checked my credit card statement its showing same then I have call credit card department they have me that we have not receive the amount and dill is showing pending then I have reach the local branch they checked my account and told me that please write an application to remove the lien from my account, I have summited the application in local branch but till now the problem is same after 2 days again I have reached the local branch they have told me that we are not able solve your problem you can talk to credit card department when I talk to credit card department they told me talk to local branch . Please resolve this issue

    I am Avijit Ghosh Bank Account No. 918010006953099, As per my recently received bank statement on e-mail it is showing a transaction has been done using cheque No. 4285 on dt. 05.10.2020 Transaction Amt Rs. 22,500/- from Maniktala Branch by Mr. Gourav VK (statement attached for your reference).     I am writing thisto share you the feedback for your Executive as well as your Customer service.

    I have opened my account 6-7months ago in Gurgaon Branch but since then I am unable to update my ATM password and also not able to use net banking services .

    I tried couple of times to your customer care “18604195555” and other numbers but I am didn’t get proper resolution.

    Reason for dissatisfaction:

    Major reason for dissatisfaction is that you guys didn’t have any TollFree number , you are using UAN no i.e., 1860 number which is chargeable .
    In current times all the telecom operators are providing Unlimited service so firstly we need to recharge and then contact your customer care.
    So my feedback to you is to change your customer care number to Toll free 1800.

    Today I am writing this just to inform you that my mindset was totally changed today by the supporting behaviour of your executive Ms.Simran Gupta. ( Meerut Crystal Palace Branch Team member)

I have been transacting through Axis Bank Credit Card for a long time, being your very old customer.On October 30, I purchased a Samsung S10 (128 GB) smartphone from Amazon App.Which I paid by creating an 18-Month EMI using AXIS BANK’s CREDIT Card.Immediately after the transaction, I get a message through Axis Bank and Amazon App that while placing your order, we have made an EMI of 18 Months from your credit card, in which you have to pay Rs 2144.39 every month for 18 months without any interest.The total payable of which becomes 2144.39 * 18 = 38,599.02.But I get an EMAIL from noreply@axisbank.com on 31 October at 4:21 PM with Ref.No. EMIT_17242552 is Re: Conversion of Transaction into EMI. And it is said that your Monthly Installement Amount is 1716.07 Rs + 1.50% interest rate and EMI is 24 MONTHS, according to which I will have to pay 1741.81 rupees every month and 41,803 rupees in 24 months.When I have made EMI according to 18 MONTHS and without any interest then how are you doing it with 24 months and with intrest.You are requested to solve my problem and correct my CREDIT CARD EMI soon.

    I am facing issue regarding EMI deduction, I was applied home loan in March-20 , Date of disbursed on 31/07/2020 and EMI started date 10-09-2020 but till date EMI not deduct from my account of SBI, I was visited your Hirawadi branch, 4 to 5 time we visited your branch but manager not available so meet with your customer executive and registered complain, complain No. 8722403 but till date no any reword comes from your side, I also visited SBI bank to cross check any problem from SBI but SBI branch manager told me no any problem from our side,

    I am not worried about EMI deduction but who is responsible bout my CIBIL SCORE but you spooling my CIBIL SCORE.

    Your branch customer executive told me it’s a technical issue so now I understand but how much time you take ?
    Also told me whenever resolve your problem your all pending EMI cut in same time, is it possible ?

    I m very upset with axis bank services. I have four family accounts in axis bank vasant kunj branch due to death case I gave closure request of three accounts before Diwali that time axis bank employee said it will close within in 15 days but now it’s almost 3 months over. My main account closed in last week of December and other two minor accounts still not close and the details of these two minor accounts are :- Shreyansh Kumar malik account no 916010061849647 and Rabhya Malik account no 919010068236924 and you people didn’t gave any response regarding these accounts. I also have work to do I can’t come to you people again and again. I m very disappointed with axis bank services.

    I had account in axis last 5years (914010013236505) Tamil Nadu, Salem, Ramakirushna Branch. My credit card outstanding amount was 1,49,000 , One person was called from Coimbatore she was advised me u have EMI option convert and pay your amount. Than after one day she was called again that option was not available not you want to pay full payment, I explained my situation to her after few hours again called and advised for settlement. She was explaining all about settlement you pay only 50% of your outstanding amount in 2 due ( 53,100 and 22,000) in last minute I sold my home appliances like TV, My Bike, Frigdge also I done payment last December. Now last week I called her for 2nd due date after that only she was telling that settlement option was Rejected now you have to pay full amount, I’m totally mind blocked now I can’t pay that much even I don’t have evan I called customer care and explained what is what they take a complient but no Action on that ticket #( Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting Axis Bank. Your service request number is 65186792 ) Daily Axis bank 3rd party people calling me and tourcher me. I can’t control my self finally I give Written statement and I Quit myself.

    Re: Restructuring of Loan – UCR004402882185

    This letter is a humble request for restructuring of my Car loan – UCR004402882185. I have fallen behind in payments for the last seven to eight months because I have faced some family issues and big pandemic issue during that I had no income so I was unable to pay my EMI and now I’m ready to pay the my EMI.

    I sincerely want to make regular payments, but, at this time, require some restructuring in the terms of the loan.

    As of now I’m paying Consolidated charges only which is around of Rs. 5000 to 6000 per month. Kindly restructure my loan or hold the Consolidated charges which I’m paying last 8 months. Due to this I’m unable to pay my regular EMI.

    I would appreciate it if we could work together to find a way to normalize my mortgage payments or make restructure my loan or hold the deduction which is Consolidated charges.

    Note:- I’m taking regular follow-ups and discussing with your customer care team but not getting any solutions and also I have visited loan center they are also not giving me solutions about the same.

I worked with this axis bank on that time they one salary account for me here in axis bank,after my releive without any intimation they automatically changed this salary account into normal savings account and they are charging almost 2500 rupees month on month.And they’re saying it’s consolidation charges…. Without any intimation how can you suck my money instead of doing like this come and beg before me….worst bank I ever worked and worst bank ever I experienced….I will not suggest anyone to open account in this bank.

    My self Harshad Golaviya From Surat, Gujarat. Having axis bank saving account (A/C No: 919010027754151, Customer No :889835581, Account Scheme :SAVINGS-DIGITAL ACCOUNT)

    On 16-04-2020 I opened my axis account when lock down was running I got call from axis bank executive for opening bank account in axis bank with zero charges and executive promised to me this account is totally free account means that you will get cheque book, Debit Card with zero cost and there is no any other charges will apply in this account.
    But,
    • I got Rs. 590 total charges as Debit card issued by bank
    • On 11-07-2020, I got Consolidated Charges for A/c of Rs. 510. And extra GST @18% on Charge of Rs. 91.8 Total 601.8 Amount deducted by axis bank from my axis bank account
    • On 10-09-2020, I got SWEEP CLOSURE REG Charges of Rs. 252.00
    • On 27-09-2020, I again got SWEEP CLOSURE REG Charges of Rs. 78.00
    • On 18-10-2020 I got Consolidated Charges for A/c of Rs. 104.90 and GST @18% on Charge of Rs. 18.88. Total Rs. 123.78 debited by axis bank from my account
    • On 14-11-2020, I got Consolidated Charges for A/c of Rs. 454.24 and GST @18% on Charge of Rs. 81.76. Total Rs.536 debited from my account by axis bank.
    • On 13-02-2021, Consolidated Charges for A/c of Rs. 95.86 and GST @18% on Charge of Rs. 17.25 Total Rs. 113.11 amount debited from my bank account
    Total Rs. 2294.69 i lose from opening account date to till date. And these charges apply yet bank executive promised to me.
    I am from poor class and Rs. 2294.69 is very big amount for me
    Please help me for waiver that amount

    My name is Jyoti Sharma having a Home loan Account in Axis Bank .My home loan account No is PHR001002334910. I had taken a housing loan of 26.88 lakh in 2018 from Axis bank. I am facing the issue regarding home loan subsidy.  I applied for a PMAY subsidy. In April 2019,on request no 4012855, I had submitted my documents to the bank . A Couple of times I have visited the Bank Branch in Hawa sadak sodala Jaipur.  Every time when I visit the branch I get a reply saying that it is under process or not sure when the government will process it. and also i have submitted my Aadhar card for processing a couple of times but there is no revert back for the same .
    Kindly let me know when i can receive the subsidy credited it to my account. Whereas it has taken long time to process.

    I am suffering due to wrong information given by your Phone Banking officer.My Last Employer has opened a Salary account in AXIS bank in the month of October 2019. due to the pandemic I have not used this account for more then a year. in DEC. In 2020 I have called Axis bank Customer Care and spoke with one of your Phone Banking officers and inquired about my bank account status.
    She Informed Me that my account is in ACTIVE status and only 300/- Rs will get charged as a non use of the account. i have paid the amount as per given instruction by your Phone Banking officer and started using the Account.
    In the month of Feb 2021 my account went in Negative Rs -3500/- . By saying that a non minimum amount maintains charges which i have complained on customer care and got waived off the charges within 2 days. and the account got sattel.
    again in the month of March 2021. my account went in Negative Rs -3261/- . by giving the same excuse that non maintain of minimum balance in account. because my account has transferred from Salary to Savings and yet i have not got any solution on my complaint.
    Even your Phone banking office does not have the courtesy to register my complaint when I call customer care. multiple times i have called on your customer care number which is a chargeable call and every time i call i need to explain my whole issue to every phone banking officer. your phone banking officer is having lack of knowledge. due to which customer is suffering.
    IF AFTER 3 MONTH OF NON USE OF ACCOUNT AXIS BANK TRANSFER SALARY ACCOUNT TO SAVINGS ACCOUNT THEN WHY WRONG INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY YOUR PHONE BANKING OFFICER WHEN I  CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT MY ACCOUNT STATUS. BECAUSE OF YOUR WRONG INFORMATION NOW I AM SUFFERING. 
    FOR REFERENCE PULL OUT ALL MY CALL  RECORDING FROM DEC.2020 MONTH TO TILL DATE AND CHECK. AND IF I AM WRONG THEN DO NOT RETURN MY MONEY BUT IF WRONG INFORMTION IS GIVEN BY YOUR TEAM THEN PLEASE TAKE ACTION ON IT.

    Please excuse for directly approaching your good self as no support is provided by Axis Bank, Shahdara, Delhi branch.

    Sir I approached your Shahdara branch on 15th March 21 to add my husband name in subject account. But staff on counter informed it is not possible to add name better to open a new joint account. At their request I opened a new joint account and requested to close subject/old account on 26th March 21 and handed over the request to Mr Yusuf.

    Till than I called dozen of times at customer care , several personal visits to branch but branch staff just avoiding the issue. Lastly I was directed to Madam Suman on 8th April, 21. Except assurance nothing done despite calling (call not attended) and SMSs.

    At the time of request account closure I asked them not to renew/issue any debit card to avoid charges. But to my surprise I asked to receive debit card for which delivery refused. Now I request again not to charge any ATM renewal Charge or minimum balance charge as I withdraw cash from account as per instructions of branch officials.

    Kindly intervene and help me. Looking to this attitude I requested to close my new account also.

  29. I never expected this kind of cheating to the customer from AXIS Bank, i have loan account with AXIS bank, wherein after debiting from the SB account as standing instruction before due date, again charging as overdue charges and cheque bounce charges.

    I had applied for the Moratorium three months back . I Lost my job due to the fact that I am not able to pay the EMI so I applied for a Moratorium Every Time I got to know that it will be done soon . But today I got a call that your Moratorium  can’t be processed due term . I would like to ask one thing: what is the term and condition? Earlier I was paying my EMI on Time because my income was not impacted . But due to CORONA i lost my job and not able to pay EMIon time so i would request to you Please allow to process my Moratorium As details are given below

  32. My self Ranjit Called the customer at the bank saying my account had a negative balance and asked why I debited, he told me I had a credit card, I explained I had no credit. They said that they will solve the problem in 3 days, but even after 10 days, it has not been solved. If you don’t, I’ll leave that out of the account.I am a software engineer, how can you steal money from me!, how much from a common man!

    If possible, take it from someone who cheated the bank, not from us.

    I went to the bank and they said play with the customer care. Why open an account with us if your banks won’t solve the customer problem! I understand that it’s not enough to be a big bank, you have to keep the customer happy and you don’t know that

    If you don’t solve my problem I will go to every bank and explain your fraud to the customer with a placard
