      • Airtel become worst. Not sure Government planning to launch 5G. But 4G services not there everywhere, in many places signal goes off.

        Now there is another big issue is going on all FasTag been sold by Airtel with airtel payment option, been deactivated. Due to the faulty banking system implemented by the airtel. Hope all of you are not aware Airtel Payment to Airtel Banking system. They have moved fastag product under banking. But failed to move the Airtel payment balance to Bank. Due to the Zero Balance, the system ( they say, but some IDIOT or Bunch of Idiots who implemented the system with out testing and impact of the existing customers ). Now FasTag been deactived though you have enough balance.

        Big F Mital also knew this, and they have customer care number 400 or 8800688006. But it never takes to you FasTag option nor to an executive. I am going through this problem since Jan-8-2021.

        Fastag customer care says it is active status but low balance. No one from Airtel could help on this, though they all knew the issues.

        Not sure, how RBI and NHAI allow this? Mital says his favorite leader Modi… His leader talk about Digital India. But none of these operators could give the service, what we have paid for.

    Just wanted to update you that you are losing the trust of customer because of your poor services and false assurance. Day by day you are losing the confidence because of poor services.
    Yesterday I paid money for new broadband connection and I was assured to get the connection within 5 hrs but it was not done. Some one from your team told till 10 pm we will complete your installation. I am chasing your team from morning but almost all of them stop attending my call. I paid money for fibre connection but when I talk to your team whom I called for mobile number porting come to know that this is ordinary connection.
    I was using Ariel connection long back but ported because of your connectivity. Again I though from your advt. That you have improved and again trying to port to Ariel. But all together i was wrong. I again clear that your company can’t improve because your customers are struggling.
    I hope you understand my problem.

    After waiting for last 10 days and showing patience that one of you from leadership team marked on this email will give some attention to resolve this case.

    Really shameful to see as how AIRTEL care for his customers and the only intent is to generate revenue.

    It is so frustrating / disappointing that no resolution has been provided and we are getting fake promises from Sandeep Kamboj (HE SHOULD BE ACTUALLY FIRED FROM HIS JOB BY NOW)

    Please, if God exist in this world – we don’t want to hear or get any message from Sandeep again who does not understand the importance of “C” in customer.

    THIS IS A CLASSIC CASE OF EXECUTIVE ESCALATION, PATHETIC RESPONSE BY AIRTEL LEADERSHIP TEAM, AND JUST IGNORNING OUR EMAIL RESPONSES, GIVING FAKE PROMISES.

    Wow – no worries !!!!!
    I will not let go our hard money waste in hands of Airtel and will wait for another day if you are serious to fix this issue – otherwise I will put this in social media / news channels for public to hear and see all this documentation which clearly demonstrate clear inefficiency and carelessness to this complaint by Airtel team.

    Mr. Gopal – If you and your leadership is so busy in your daily schedule – Please bring Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal in loop as I am confident that being the owner of this company, he will have respect towards his customers to resolve such cases on priority instead of giving false promises.

This blody nonsense company don’t have sense of responsibility towards their clients. I am doing follow -up for my payment from last 45 day still payments has been not initiated from your end.     SL. No Initiation Timing 1Telephone to Customer Executive regarding Reversal of excess payment 15-20 Times . Doing Communication from 12 July 2020  already 22 day pass on. 2E-mail to Nodal Officer35 trailing mail. Communication initiated with nodal officers from 20 July 2020. Still no action taken from any one. Attaching communication details along with this mail3Conformation regarding payment initiation by nodal officer On 24 July 2020 at 8 morning ( Communication marked mail in mail box)  I am very surprised to see that a company like Airtel is also breaching and lying with the customer. I am doing follow-up with your company from 12 June 2020 for reversal of my access payment which I made to your esteem company by mistakly. When I called up to customercare on 12 June they asked me to share my account number. They assure that they will transfer my payment through online banking.After ten day I did follow-up with the customer care executive and they told me that they have not initiated my payment because they need few documents which prove & validate my  account number. After then I do written communication to you even though till date my reversal payment has been  initiated from your side. Today i do follw- up call with customer excutive regarding know status of my reversal excess payment. They are saying that we have not received any document yet from your end. So that we have not initatived reversal of excess payment of yours. Through discussion I came to know that there is a coordination issue with your team member. 
    I have made this payment from my credit card. They are charging interest of 3.6 % on the payment along with late payments of Rs.500/- per month. Secondly, due to not making payments on time to credit cards, this is impacting my credit score. If you are not going to initiate payment today then you have to make payments along with late payment/ Interest charges of 3.6%  which i have made to credit cards. Looking for your kind support. Thanks/ Regards

    My numbers are 9810216062, which has been with me for more than 15 years, see if I am not a valuable customer.
    The mobile network comes to me at least, and even then the speed is like 2g. In this case, I have complained so much that if a government company also worked on it, it would probably fix it, but you disappointed me every time. Huh. If this is the attitude of the people, then I will change the connection, because I will not be with you, which I think. These are the last reminders through my mail

    1, first thing what Airtel’s promised 4g networks are the fastest.And on TV there are claims that we will not stop until we clear all the complaints. But i don’t think Over the past 3 months, I have been given my complaint on the Airtel app, including Twitter, not only this, there will also be more than 25 reminders on Twitter,
    Every time it is only said that the process is going on in your work, then it is automatically said that your complaint has been resolved. But did anyone ever talk to me. Or ever took my feedback. Never
    Later, I may not talk to Airtel nor use it. If there is any hearing in this matter, then I should call and inform.

    Greetings ,
    Would like to draw your attention on the below case ,  I had a connection of Airtel broadband having no 0172 – 4612600 , which was around 11 years old connection , if you check the payment records not even a single time there was any miss of payment  in 11 years what are the Airtel has charged i have paid,Now since your company is not able to provide Fibre network in the area where live , hene i decided to discontinue the services further and take other network provider, i.e Jio which is providing Fibre network. On 24th July i called up the Call center for discontinue of the connection , firstly  i had wiat about 30 minutes to get connected to a call centre person, secondly when the call got connected the head phone used by the executive was very poor that i hardly could hear what she was speaking of , anyways the Lady executive explained me that it is better to put the connection under safe custody instead of disconnection. I had asked her why safe custody , she said  firstly there will no charges charged to you during this safe custody period and secondly incase area i live in gets fibre network then you can switch over , i said if there no charges then you can kept it. also i asked her what about the charges if any,  on the account of pro data , she said that is RS  300 approx which i  will get waived off since you are 11 years old customer to Airtel ( i have call recording of this ) . Now the bill was generated and on   20th Aug Rs 985 /- got credited to the Airtel account due to SI from my bank.  Hence on 21 st Aug i called up Airtel  Call center to understand why such things has happened , the executive Manish took 15 minute to understand the case and later advised the connection needs to be in active mode then only disconnection can happen, i said ok And  the amount which has been credited for the services not being used shall be refunded ( i  have call recording ) also he suggested to call back after 4 hours to helpline for disconnection request. On 24th Aug 20 i called the helpline Executive Shubham took 20 minutes to understand what i my concern is , later simply refused for the refund without checking the records and said you can continue with the connection for  1 month then we can waive off , i told i had called on 24th July 20 for disconnection then why it was put on safe custody. i did needed it , this is harassment of customer then he put me on hold and checked there was some commitment made previously for refund , i do not trust any of your call centre executive  who are making false commitments ( i have call recording of this )   He said he has generated a complaint no. – 1221113166 by which you can call back for enquire , i told why i should call back, kindly proceed for disconnection and refund of the money for the services  i have not availed. 
    Now sir please put feet in my shoe understand the pain i have gone through . Cn you please assign someone responsible who can handle it with care .

    After getting no valid and positive response and help from the concerned Airtel offices on my several tries, I am writing to you now regarding the inconvenience I am facing due to the deactivation of my airtel SIM.

    I own a prepaid SIM No. 9957879745 for the last 10 years (around) and I remember to have furnished all relevant documents of my identity on procurement of this SIM at the time of purchase when I was residing in Assam, Digboi while rendering my service.

    In 2015, I got retired and shifted to my native place Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh and then I port it into Uttar Pradesh circle by providing again the all relevant documents to my nearest Airtel office.

    Now the problem is that my SIM got disabled for the last 30 days and when I visited the Airtel office they couldn’t tell me the valid reason for disabling my SIM services. On insisting and enquired several times, they said there is some mismatch in the identity details, some details are matching with my ID and some details are present with another person’s name.

    So, here I want to know when I handed over all genuine and correct documents of my identity to the airtel staff every time then how come this huge mistake happen and why now I am being suffered for the irresponsible behavior of the Airtel staff.

    After getting no valid response from the airtel office here, I am now writing you to inform the whole matter because as you know the SIM was with me for last many years and I am a loyal customer of Airtel even my family of four members all have the Airtel service only, for T.V Airtel Digital TV as well.

    So, I would request you to kindly look into the issue and re-enable my SIM services as soon as possible. As you know all my banking and pension things are linked with this SIM so you can imagine what sort of inconvenience I am going through these many days.

    May 2020 – Requested Airtel to change my 8 year old copper connection (0484-4026777) to Fiber. Call center said not possible to upgrade.
    May 2020 – My wife applied for a fresh fiber optic connection to the same address with Airtel and we are provided the same (0484-4013989). We wanted to remain with Airtel.
    30 May 2020 – I mailed request for cancellation of old connection (0484-4026777)
    3 June 2020 – I get confirmation of cancellation by email. I am charged Rs.851.13 on 28 June and Rs.55.38 on 28 July because cancellation was done in the middle of a billing cycle.
    13 August 2020 – I get another bill for a full month for Rs. 1188.81. When I enquired, they said connection is not cancelled and my account was debited as i had trusted Airtel group and had provided bank details for auto pay.
    I wanted to remain an Airtel Customer. But, your people simply will not let me continue. I had tremendous respect for the Airtel group having surmounted all odds and for having remained a truly Indian company.
    Past few days, I get atleast 5 calls every day from various Airtel staff asking why I want to cancel my connection.
    Honestly, fed up with Airtel sir. Your own people are letting you down sir. Feeling sorry for you sir.

I have received my last month (17.07.2020 – 16.08.2020) post paid bill when I seen it big surprise I was billed 7800/- and when I checked bill copy I was charged international charges which was never been done from me and my family when I taken my family connection your store manager told me just 999 + tax will be as my monthly bill.

    Now after 2 month of time im surprise to see bill amount of Rs 7800/- and that too in COVID 19 situation im shocking to see big amount of Post bill plan.

    · I have never been used any international calls which was completely billed for me wrongly.

    · Not necessary to call any international numbers which is don’t know who is that numbers belongs too.

    · All my 03 family numbers not working last 19 days 6364154433, 6364164433 and 6364174433 and post repeated requests still not been activated .

    · I have sent a mail to cancel all the Airtel numbers still not been cancelled.

    · Never given any request for international calls to activate my any of Airtel Numbers because I don’t have any one known peoples out of India.

    Im requesting and seeking your help to get this issue resolved on time and without any more disturb my mobile connections continue services.

    Which was wrongly charged all international calls amounts needs to be waived off immediately without any more delayed.

Every alternate day/week I am calling your customer care but no result. I tried to port the number that also been not allowed by your retention department. Infact they assured me that it will be rectified. They will speak to the Bangalore region and the same will be get rectified.

    Mr. Mittal, there is a BIG QUESTION on you, is really your HR & OPERATIONS department is working/strong enough to check the performance of employee/executives on daily/regular basis? If yes, then the situation won’t be this. I suggest you check yourself, your BANGALORE/BENGLURU office is not working at all. if they were working, the complaint may not be there.

Finally, Airtel has disconnected my internet (Phone number – 01294128721) on 8th September due to non-payment. while I paid 3 months ago (on 6th June Txn ID – 200606338673 Rs 11067) for the annual plan, and still my 8593 Rs is available with Airtel. This was my mistake that I was having faith in airtel and paid for the annual plan.

    My office work is badly suffering because I am a loyal customer of Airtel from the last 15 years and I wanted to upgrade my plan. I was thinking that Airtel is the best operator in India, it’s customer service is better than others but no one had helped me in the past 3 months. Instead of several calls to customer care and multiple emails to all major customer support services,

    Even the scenario has changed in the past three months. I requested for fiber connection for the 799 plan but now that is not relevant. Airtel plan has changed and fiber connections are already full in my locality (as informed by local Airtel engineer). I required a higher data connection because the 105GB data limit was not sufficient for my requirement during the lockdown period. Now unlimited data facility is available in the 499 plan.

    If Airtel is having some technical problem in updating (in 799 plan) or renewing ( 499 plan) my plan then my current connection could be close and a new connection could be provided but no one had taken my problem seriously in the past 3 months.

    Finally, Kindly return my fund (Rs 8593) and close my connection and stop the Airtel advertisement which says that Airtel will close all customer complaints.

    I have been suffering from not getting a proper indoor coverage since last 7 to 8 months. My first complaint was launched on 19th Jan and 2nd on 29th Feb 2020. Every time I need to go the balcony and speak. Due to lockdowns, its continuously WFH.

    Your call center is just a ” Bullsheet “, doesnt even know how to act. I am sending the regular mails on net@airtel.in. Initially I use to get the revert from the said email id and even people use to call. But I think now the people reading the mails has become shameless, as they are neither replying nor calling.

    I visited your customer relation center. The employee working there told me that he will call me next day to do some process. That next day is yet to come. Anyway, I am going to meet him again to say him Thanks.

    There is absolutely no response from you to resolve my issue. More upon that you dare to disconnect my connection, if my dont pay the monthly bill. Absolutely ridiculous. If the same thing continues, I will be constrained to go media and legal. The choice is yours now.

I am requesting the Nodal officer of UP east since 1.5 months for converting my copper connection to Optical fiber . During this period more than 5 times your technical staff visited my residence and they always told ” बोर्ड नहीं लगा है हमने उपर भेजा है दो तीन दिन मे हो जायेगा ” , but that दो तीन दिन are still awaited . During night time after 8.00 pm speed reduces like any thing . Pl see to it get me the facality of Airtel optical fiber . I shall be thankful to you .

    Recently I have ported from VODAFONE IDEA TO AIRTEL for better service & network connectivity. But I am highly dissapointed as there is continuous problem with the Data network & mobile network as well. In today’s time when everybody is working from home. Network is in immense requirement for team meetings etc. Network issue is even affecting my job. Today the problem has extremely deteriorated as there is no Network connection available and I am not able to even talk to colleagues and has to miss my zoom meeting.
    Request for a Swift & Prompt action. Else I will again be force to PORT my number.

  22. Recently i got my Airtel land line got changed to fibre optic line [Bangalore south] and also opted for the most economic package of rs.399/= . I am extremely happy as before and the speed is around 20Mbps ..more than sufficient for domestic use.
    But the following snags :
    Thest complaints, as listed below, are prevailing in many of the flats in our apartment who had recently opted for fibre optic connection.

    a] caller id did not function and the field officers came to the flat and got it set with the back end services from the exchange.
    b] The date and time shown is different from IST….
    several attempts to reset the current timing in our hand sets do not yield result and it reverts
    back to different zone time.
    The field engineers tried their best with different types of modems and each modem shows different zone time.
    This clearly indicates that each modem has to be set at site for ”time and date function”.

    c] many customers in our apartment had opted for ”XTREAM” tv function.
    The field engineers had not explained the function properly to each customer and many are unable to use this facility.

    If , those simple snags can be addressed , many customers in our area shall definitely shift to AIRTEL .

    This is to bring into your kind notice that I have been facing internet connectivity issue and calling issue since 6 months + now, even after lodging complaint to customer care every time i was given an assurance that we are expanding the network in your area and it will take another 2 months time,

    On calling the customer care we are being asked to register the complaint with the Airtel app , generate SR number and wait for atleast 32 days for the resolution to be provided. This is the previledge service being given from the so called “worlds fastest Network company”
    wherein the problem tentative date to get resolved is more than a month. But guess what after waiting for this long also not a single update is given from the company but promised every time you will get a call from the so called “Customer care Specialist”.

    With all due repect please focus on improving the quality service of network as its really pathetic interms of delivering the same, We are paying for 4G services but the irony is we are not even getting the proper 2G network services.

    If you guys can solve this issue please get this resolved or please refund the amount we have paid in advance in recharge (BTW i am using two connections of Airtel one is prepaid and other is postpaid) , even BSNL calling service and range is better than your self claimed Fastest Network in the world where even on calling 30-40% calls get dropped on daily basis. If possible please send any technical expert to my region and get the issue resolved.

    Please look into it and get this issue resolved as i am not the one who is facing the issue but many people are facing this issue since long time.

    literally we are fed up with your dirty business tactics in making the fool out of customer even after charging them with 4G tarrif and not providing the services and turning blind eye to the complaints.

  28. MASSIVE SCAM BY AIRTEL BROADBAND
    I paid for Airtel broadband service 1 month back and still they haven’t started my wifi. No one picks up at their customer care centre and they keep telling all their employees are busy at the moment. They aren’t giving me a complaint number since I don’t have an active WiFi which THEY AREN’T ACTIVATING. This scam has been going for a while now. I don’t know about their cellular services, but wherever you are and whoever you are, “DO NOT” BUY AIRTEL WIFI !!!!

  29. My Name is Sriram.V and I have taken the Airtel wifi connection on the month of June 2020 as advance rental plan paying 2800Rs, I used the service till month of June.
    Due to the current situation (Covid) I have moved to my Native and asked to keep my connection in safe custody on July 6th with changing the plan to monthly, however the customer service team said that they have done it.
    Now I am getting a bill for outstanding of 601 Rs and I called the customer care and they informed that safe custody charges I need to pay and my balance 2100Rs (aprox) has been wasted since my plan is not converted to Monthly plan and the customer executives are treating me badly over the phone. I have called more than 5 times today but the call was disconnected from their end.

    Very poor service provided from customer care and I asked to convert the plan into monthly and it was missed from the customer care end and now they are telling me my 2100Rs with Airtel has gone and cannot be used.
    I asked them if I will come back to bangalore by Jan 2021 and can I use my balance 3 months in that even for that they are not ready and I said I wiill escalate this and they are telling pls do it.

    Its miss from customer care ( you perople) and the blame was put on my head and I need pay and I lost my advance paid money, this perfect customer chatting.
    Kindly look into this issue and I will not pay intile my issue is resolved.

    I have records of my bill payments and details and I am ready to go for a fight.

  30. I have been using Airtel broadband no.011 41618237 for last 15 years approx. But for last 10days my phone has been disactivated. On contacting helpline I am told that some co-ordinator by name of rabigandhi has made a request and we have de-activated. I was asked to make payment which I promptly made and I was assured that my phone will be activated in next 4hours. For last 10days I have repeatedly completed all formalities and have received no. of mails that problem will be resolved soon. Everyday I have been spending hours with your executives but the problem is not resolved and I am getting fake promises. Whenever I talk to an executive/supervisor and next time when I ask for him/her I am told that there is no one by this name. I have been assured a no. of times that I will be getting call back but has never happened.I have asked for senior person contact details but have never been oblidged. Can I expect some one senior person to look into it and find how come a genuine customer is being made to suffer for such a long time. I will appreciate if I am oblidged with contact details of senior person in service department to get a proper and genuine feedback.

    I have been using Airtel postpaid from past 6-7 years, however the support I’m getting now on my recent issue is pathetic. I can’t believe a company like airtel is fooling customers with dummy customer care.. I am saying because they don’t know anything other than saying call after “X” no. of days..

    Today i received a call from the lady via 9867238047. She has no manners to speak to the customers. The customers will be irate, if they will something wrong has been charged. In spite of explaining her the thinks, she repeatedly asked wht is the problem. U tell me if you ask the questions again with an irate customer how will u respond? She has clearly mentioned as “YEDI Customer”. It will nt even take a minute for me to abuse her. I have my own dignity, i was in my limit. This lady i dont how was she qualified to assist customers. If this is the level of services u guys provide. I am quality analyst for customer support and will definitely nt accept such utter nonsense. I will take this matter to level, where she is taught how to talk. U can listen to the recordings, i hve not crossed my limits.

    Very disappointed, will never ever recommend anyone and will make sure thing that i wanted to.

  37. I have two phones and a DTH connections in my plan – ONE PLAN ONE INVOICE ONE PAYMENT.

    However after paying Rs 1034 and Rs 750 against an outstanding of Rs 1639, I am warned that I have an out standing of Rs 382, which if not paid will lead to suspension of services by Dec 31, 2020!!!! They say that they can refund me the excess payment made but cannot transfer the amount from Postpaid to DTH Account, though they call it ONE PLAN, ONE INVOICE, ONE PAYMENT

    I call up and complain (number 4532005697) to Mr. Vishal. He assured me that he will sort out the issue. Nothing done.

    Post that I have three sessions with Airtel – for over 2 hours explaining to them what I did.

    They explained about some division on 80:20 ratio of the first payment between Post paid and DTH. Then where does the ONE PLAN PNE INVOICE ONE PAYMENT COME IN. Is that advertisement incorrect?

    Please sort out the accounts and confirm that I have an amount of Rs 145 due from you OR else confirm that ONE PLAN ONE INVOICE ONE PAYMENT DOES NOT WORK.

    2. The Plan had merged in a single family plan since 6th of March, despite that you are continuing to generate 2 bills, one for both mobile and second for xtreme fibre plan. I had written many times but all my voice went in vain. 
    3. Here we are passing through the Lockdown due to CORONA epidemics, so we call on customer care, but nobody is picking the phone there during working time.
    one more thing that we are associated with you since last many years and my postpaid Mob No last 6 year, but you are not caring for your old customer. In these circumstances we don’t want to continue with your service and are fed up with your style of functioning. So, please provide all facilities as your customer care service centre assured otherwise we have no option to switch over at the earliest.

    As expected, I did lodge numerous complaints on (Dated : 26.05.2021 – 31-3639553879779 and Dated 29.05.2021 31-3646604692522) to have the issue reversed. Nonetheless, all my complaints have landed on deaf ears till now. If you are not able to resolved our complaint, will be porting all the numbers in Jio or VI Or we will file a case to the directly to the consumer court.

    Definitely, I have the leeway to jump ship and cross over to another telecom provider. However, I have thought it wise to stay on and fight from within.

    It is against this backdrop that I now ask you to intervene and about a permanent solution to the menace.

    I have had the worst experience with Airtel.
    I received a huge amount of bill and when asked for queries about the bill, they have misled us by specifying a wrong zone of the country altogether!
    When we asked for the clarification of the bill, we got the statement saying just go through the ISD call rates. The plan we selected was including the incoming and other things free or included in the pack, the so called enterprise of airtel claims that only incoming sms are free.
    After this, the way to reach the call centre is too tedious and they do not care about the customer.
    The update I got from the customer support was that zones of the countries do change directly whenever Airtel wants.
    If this is the case, Airtel, just let me know why shall the existing customer pay for your changes of zone and you incur charges on the customer?
    The worst part is that Airtel will not care to revert back to any of our comments, or complains and just take their customers for granted.

    Thank you Airtel for cheating, misleading and not clearing any of our doubts on time.

I have come to USA .To keep the SIM alive I keep on charging for Rs 99 (Post paid) every month.On 28th April due to some network problem I made payment to Airtel twice.I have been following up with mail but there is lukeworm response from them for refunding the excess amount paid.I forwarded the mail to Nodal officer he is also not responding.I wanted to write to Mr Mittal but mail ID is not available in the portal.I am planning to send a letter after my return to India.Oathetic customer service and staff is totally incompetent in speaking to customer.

My mobile number is (9810154849). But I am sorry to inform you that nowadays, due to poor network reception in my house, I am having a lot of trouble talking on the phone. The network indicator of the handset shows low signal due to which I cannot make clear phone calls to my home.
    We have received your e-mail on 4th August 2022 at 5:21 PM informing that you have tried to contact me on mobile number 9810154849. However, you were unable to contact me as my number was not responding. I am telling you that I was present at my house. Mobile network is not working in my house. This is the reason why you could not get in touch with me.

  50. Hello Team , I am requesting for a Broad band Fibre connection since 2 years and i have been following up for a very long time. Not sure why Airtel is slow to cover up areas which require . While JIO and Hathway are able to launch their poles in the street why not Airtel . My intent is to cover all the bills in one connection , for which your team is not ready . While there is already connection existing 2km away from my home .. why the team is so hesitant What stops them .. you people collect service charges hefty.. if that is the service you will provide i may quit no issues . All i expect is an email from your CEO or anyone from the leader ship team to update so that i quit Airtel and go for something else

Rcently I got a call from Airtel Representative named Mahesh in Ajmer Rajasthan, and I was lookinmg for Fiber Connection he offered me best deal as per his disclosure on 5th of Jan I paid him the price for which deal was finalized and connection started but the reward which I was offered of INR 300/- Voucher additional has not been credited to my account and now this guy is not even picking up my phone calls this is how Airtel guys are cheating

Dear sir, we are a group of persons using airtel sim and the network at our location in visakhapatnam(AP) is very bad and there are frequent break during the phone calls and i have repeatedly sent in mails on the poor connectivity since last dec but till date no action has been taken, i have repeatedly sent mails to ur corporate office, the info/mail id/some contact nos given in ur site are now work or are wrong, is this how a corporate company like airtel is to handle customers.Its purely cheating a customer and depriving him from using his best service provider. You team is very poor and neglegent in handling customer concerns are are not bothered about the concern.

  55. It is the worse company with uneducated people. People working here don’t even know about their own application. A guy to whom I spoke today is an absolute uneducated he neither know the way of talking nor does he has a single rupee knowledge of customer service and the company he’s working with. These people close the complaints given by customers without even solving and informing them. When you call and asks them they’ll be like that’s already resolved. No matter if you’ve got the solution or not. He’s been talking to me like it’s my mistake that this shitty network isn’t working with my phone. The denied to transfer the call first later they connected the call with other rubbish associate. I really would have killed him of he was in front of me. They neither have got any training nor they ever went to school also road s la kar office m baitha diya ho aise baat karte h yha log. They simply deny for anything without any fear they give time of minimum period of 10-15 days to solve the issue with which they don’t even work
    Seems there’s a person sitting there and he closes the complaint with any shoutcut where at once they close 10 Complaints and don’t give a fuck about one’s complaint. I have made a recharge of 2k otherwise I would have destroyed this sim card today itself

It is to inform you that my airtel wifi connection has been connected just 2 days before and today my wifi is not working from 12am till yet.I inform to customer care person for this he Further transfer the call to technical team.TEAM person told me to restart the router..bt as i am also from IT field,I reassure him 3 times to restart and ask him to configure the settings.He told he will bt after restarting router he was telling me that technical person will visit u nd then disconnected the call.
    Again after 4-5mins i call customercare, the new person informed me that there is no technical person is available..
    HOW it is possible that not even a single technical person is not available ?
    What kind of a service you are providing to customer?
    I need my loss to recover that take place due to your team person

    This is to inform you on my new Airtel black connection pack, Where i am really very much disappointed & frustrated with your services, The concern about your employee Mr. Karthik Mob No: 7019408057 from Airtel was approached me on the Airtel Black with wifi & DTH connection and explained me on the pack, where i was cross checked on the network tower services with location & feasibility and shared the address details with him, But he ensured that it will be installed and airtel have already in that particular location and sent me the payment link for the payment of Rs 3,300 Package ,in fact have done the immediate payment without any time taken & after so many follow ups and other OTP process, he said airtel technician will reach in half an hour for the installation.

    After very long time, some of your airtel technician called me and updated there is no feasibility in your location and informed me to cancel the order with OTP , where this was an old plan not available currently & informed same to cancel and process the refund with Mr . Karthik, But i’m trying to connect him with past 5 hours , he is not responding to my phone & messaging me i am on meeting and couldn’t call u back on same , where he use to call multiple time for the new connection of package and committed false promises and now money into risk, i am unable to believe your service trust and helpless if whether he is employee of airtel or doing any scams , kindly revert the same with high priority basis.

    I have done the instant payment from ICIC Bank on immediate basis of the trust for Airtel before installation but i have not done any cancellations from my end , But your customer care informed that refund will be processed with 7 working days , where i have completely misguided on this matter , but i’m helpless about my money and this will not help us to recommend your services …

    PFB the attached screenshot of payment reference, kindly refund the amount in instant and where i have done the payment instantly before installation and i am unable to wait for long time for payment because cancellation was done from your end , where they have not followed your process , Before taking any order request they need to check with the feasibility issues in particular location or any technically challenges by sending technician , even though i myself requested for cross check multiple time for network coverage , they need to commit the customer for order placement , but were here scenario is totally different , i done the payment and following with your technicians & begging you for the refund , this is what the services from reputed Airtel network never expected from this from your end , i never trust anymore with your services , Regret to inform you the same.

    I am tanmeet singh a NRI person who is living in London from last 1.5 years with some I have loss my sim +919522222576 number I request to my parent to go over the office and issue the new sim but one of your agent who’s name is Diksha she don’t have a manners how to talk and deals with customers I don’t what rubbish is going on over the 3rd class service seriously so digesting things are going over there my sisters going there from last 15 days continuously for my sim related some time they tell your visa is rejected some time they say he have to send the documents I have sen all the documents the rule of uk is e got the visa of 1+2 years it’s means
    1 years of study visa and remaining they issue the visa for work of 2 years I have already share the all the documents then also your member is saying the visa is not valid what’s wrong if the visa is not valid how I am leaving here the question is this ?
    They don’t have knowledge they don’t educated what’s wrong seriously I am frustrated for a single sim I have to come to India spend £1000 are you seriously thinking this if they will not issue seriously I am not kidding as NRI I will go legally it’s to wrong behaviour it’s silli not any account opening they are pretending!! It’s a humble request issue my sim and saying do what ever you want to do disrespectful worst service
